I've got a class at 6:00pm so I can't be drinking until after that's over. My students get annoyed when I'm not focused so I try to be as sober as possible for class. It's not always possible when I wake up still drunk some mornings.
 
This may seem like a stupid question, but do you think they're aware that you've been drinking?
 
In the mornings I'm sure the can smell the results of the previous night. If it's an afternoon class then I've usually got it out of my system by then.

I also use lashings of Old Spice in I can't shower out the beer smell.

Are they aware? Some of the older ones, I'm sure. The younger ones just think I smell like grandpa!
 
Good day, and a good day of shopping too. Met my friends, hang out and we had such a good times together as we're leaving school.

Completed my McLaren MP4-23 front wing and it looks good though I made a little mistake with the sandpaper. I scratched the edge of the place where I was suppose to glue. It doesn't matter though as it still looks great!
 
Today is going to suck. A lot of snow is falling and none of the municipal crews are out salting the roads. Usually the first snow of the season is light, not today. During the last 4 days its been rain, rain, rain, and snow today.

That's what I have to deal with every year. Dunno why we pay council tax sometimes...

That's unfavorable to you mate really, would be so chilly after having much snow subsequently to a prolonged rainfall in your region, the blow was frightfully chilling over here too today. :crazy:

I meant the homework. GTPlanet is all that keeps me going in these dark rainy evenings.
 
Okay day, I found some lyrics I thought I'd lost almost a year ago, and heavily happy to have found them. But it angers me that I will never find the written music again as it was stored on my laptop which blue screened. And I didn't know what it meant. And I stuffed it. Lost over half a years of written music, and some of my best written pieces. I was heartbroken when it happened. I know they were good because the parts I managed to rewrite still sound good to my ears, whereas a lot of my other stuff that is more recent doesn't. They are my timeless efforts and it hurts thinking about it. I put a week writing one piece, and half a month perfecting. Another came to me just fine but I lost it too. I could cry! :(
 
Not too bad. Listen to the DJ Cremoso remix of Rage Against the Machine's 'Bulls On Parade' a lot. Its good. My day was crappy though, same old school work, get home, same arguments, same hearing parent arguing a bit, same hearing whiny 4-year old sister whining over cookies, same old me escaping to my room to get away from it all by sleeping the remainder of the day. Same. Same. Same 🤬 samd day. I badly need a change of environment. I would gladfully pack it up and move to Toronto to live with my bro after this semester, but that won't happen.
 
@Vandenal - Sleeping for the remainder of the day? You must get heaps of sleep. :D At least you get up in the morning. ;) I think I better get some sleep now, it's 1 AM.
 
A great day! Today we have collected back our accidented car and I'm pretty sure some of you have already seen this...

A good V8 Supercars day, received the car and now I'm a happy guy :D

EDIT:

So the long list of repairs:

-Front bumper and rear bumper
-New left side skirt
-New set of rims
-New set of tyres
-Reformed, cement and repaint the body
-New front driveshaft, suspension and the tray under the engine
-Alignment
-New fuel tank

I didn't ask my father the total repair bill, but who cares anyway we're not the one whose going to pay for it. A massive thanks to the mechanic, real expert! 👍
 
My day was awesome.

I woke up early and managed to get a good run in, 6km's today. Mowed the lawns, had my first Redbull. Man, they have such a kick! I've done so much today and I'm still pumped 👍
 
Crappy day. I felt like 🤬 all day. I should've stayed home yesterday, but I didn't, I went to school. And my head still hurts like mad. Why me? :(
 
Today was the funnest in weeks! It was my cousin's baby's 2nd birthday. Whenever my cousins invite me over to their house, it would always be way before until the party starts, and that's what happened. So I was bored for a few hours, while my parents helped out with my aunt and uncle's cooking. I played around with the baby until things got started. Now there's tons of people filling up the 2-story house, and met back with people I haven't seen a months, almost like a reunion.

I had delicious food, and had fun to my content :)
 
Sunday has just started for me. I have 5 hours of class today and then my weekend begins. Can't wait to get home and have a beer.
Dealing with teenagers all day isn't my favourite way to do things but it pays the bills. Plus nobody notices that I haven't matured since I was 16.
I suppose I'll go to the bakery at lunch and get some pastries and some doughnuts, or maybe a pizza.
At 4pm I have a test form my younger students which should be easy, for me at least, as I just sit down watch.

After weeks of Skyrim, I revisited an old favorite, Oblivion. I realized that it is still the best game ever made (GT5 is second) so I felt a little nostalgic. I applied my Oblivion philosophy to Skyrim, and made it much more fun to play. But still, if I had to choose one game from my collection, Oblivion would be it. And that's pretty damn good for a 5 year old game.
 
Been a great day!!

Spent all day playing GT5, watching cricket, relaxing and posting here.
Now just need a drink to seal it i think.
 
Just got back from the mountain. Seasons pass this year and this was my first trip up. Only went for a few hours snowboarding but it was a lot of fun to get up there today and wasn't overly busy which was nice.
