Yes they are Mph.
Loads of things could beat the Veyron over quarter mile.
Supra, Skyline etc.

Number of cylinders has absolutely nothing to do with acceleration. Can my car out drag an Integra Type R 'cos its only got 4 cylinders to my 6?
Well, then you probably won't be surprised that the "new" company has also disappeared as no cars were sold.huh, did not know that. Thanks for the info McLaren.
Ferrarichat had a decent thread on it, with 1 member asking Barabus at the Top Marques Monaco show. The builders couldn't give him a direct answer, and shortly afterwards, their website was gone. That's crazy. I haven't heard that anywhere. Where did you find that out?
How about a Top Fuel dragster

"The calculated Power output of these engines is most likely somewhere between 7000 and 8500 horsepower (approximately 4500-6000 kilowatts), with a torque output of 8135 N·m (ca. 6000 lbf·ft)" via Wikipedia 0-60 in about 0.9 seconds, 4 second 1/4 mile.
I must agree the Mclaren is a premiere sports car that could actually keep up with the Veryon.👍nice to see a good old McLaren F1 GTR beating up that Veyron on ½mile run, so I think its safe to say that the veyron could easily be beaten by that car on the ¼mile run.
Also, the McLaren is 13 years old and still beat a lot of today's cars![]()
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Barabus TKR
0-60: 1.67 Seconds
270mph top speed
Twin-Turbo 6.0L V-8 producing 1005bhp
And about half the price of the Veyron. But I have my doubts that this car makes its way into the game. And yes it is a production car.

It basically looks like a Saleen S7 front end fused with a Zonda rear end. The back end is not attractive at all haha. But it would more than likely beat the Veyron like a redheaded stepchild.
Nobody mentioned it because it doesn't do anything that it claims. Barabus got called out by a few people, disappeared, and came back under a new name touting the same claims & the same car, with a spoiler added on.

They came back a few months later under as Keating, with the same name & introduced the SKR as a "more tame" version.

There hasn't been any news at all though, despite that the first cars are supposed to be done by now or close to.
The only thing that makes me think they still could be around is this being the new TKR with a 1600Hp claim.

However, they have still yet to do any sort of test....
The Cell engine Citroen by GT is a great match![]()
I'd wonder if you can tune the Veyron?
You would get some pretty impressive figures if you could.
I recon I would be able to completely ruin all Bugatti and VW's had work in one GT sitting. Tune the hell out of it and make it undrivable! 👍
