The most recent thread on this car. You'll learn what you need to know about this car through this thread.

About the hidden Mini... look what I found.

Grand-Am Series racing Mini:

Pretty similar, at least appears to be inspired by it.

I had always though of it to be like a MINI Challenge... MINI:

Is is it possible to remove the top of a car with a soft top?
For example, could you drive the Mazda MX-5 open?

Like maybe you could use the Ferrari California code to have any convertible open at all times?

Also I would like to point out that this Dodge Viper here seems to have a front spoiler that you simply cannot use in GT5.

Also if you look ever so closely the Z06 has a rollcage!
Obviously both of them have Gran Turismo on their windows.

The next image shows a Nissan Skyline or an Infiniti with more aero mods that you cannot get in GT5.
The scoops on the front bumper have a little wing inside them.
And on the back of the car it has carbon fibre wings on each side.
And to further extend. Under the spoiler here that greyish black part is usually chrome.
Now it is grey or carbon fibre.
Also the number plate shows Polyphony on it.

Yeah, those cars were called, IIRC "tuned by Gran Turismo", which were later replaced by the RMs in GT5, sadly some of these weren't moved, like the Viper. :(

I never saw the G37 ingame, though.

Yes I do remember these from GT5 Prologue.

But that Infiniti....

I remember those cars from GT5P too! Great cars to drive in, I use them everytime in the harder events on Prologue. :)

I wonder if the G37 Tuned by GT is on the GT5 disk.

Secret menu and Favorite Tuners option could be the way? Unfortunately the Favorite Tuners isn't available:(

If anybody didnt mention this but GT5 has a car called Gran Turismo XXXXXXX (cant remember how many X). Its C7 prototype with the cover but it doesnt have the numberplate and it has black rims on the other side and chrome on the other.

Yea it has been mentioned.;) However I didn't know that about the wheels. It also has darker headlights.;)

Of course i've mentioned it long time ago when i was active into digging of GT5 files. But i didn't notice any difference from normal covered C7.
If you are sure you didn't mix parts in this car (i don't know how you create these cars in your garage) then we have a new info :)

I tried the car from the special option menu, i will add pics soon.

^ Also note how the dark wrap covers the front air intake completely and strains in the air in front of it, while on the final car it doesn't:

those cars are from GT5 Prologue.

i think he means the gt5 secret menu option for favourite tuners.

also, i wouldn't have expected the gt tuned skyline v36 on gt5 when it was for gt5p and it wasn't even in there. i wouldn't be surprised if it was hidden on gt5p.

Those rims are same on both sides. It's just the light on track which makes them look chrome.

Atleast at the garage and photomode they are both black but when I go on same place as you are on top gear my rims looks chromed too.

yeah, it looks like very dark chrome when in certain angle of light it looks like chrome, but in other conditions it looks like black.
Turn car to 180 degree at the same place and see if "chrome" side will change ;)

Like I said earlier, the XXXXXXX appears to have darker headlights than the Corvette C7 and I made some pictures last night to show ya'll what I'm talking about. Going to try to get some interior shots of both soon and see if there is any difference.;)

Here is the Corvette C7

and here is the XXXXXXX

See the difference?

Edit: Reuploaded since I no longer need Photobucket.
