Any of you guys use a wheel?

PS: you're 'a' not 'the' Australian drift team, there'll be plenty more to come in time.
 
controller here, I do have a wheel, just don't use it. Couldn't be stuffed setting it up all the time. Also I'm so used to the controller that I can control it just as if I was using a wheel.
 
I use a wheel, DFGT to be exact but I wanna upgrade to a G25 or G27 as the noise coming from the DFGT is ridiculous and I can feel the wheel wearing out.

yeah as inGo said, from the amuse dealer, brand new for 250000 credits. All ready to go, just change the settings to your liking, buy some comfort hard tires, change the oil and away you go.

Oh yeah, I remember now, actually drifting with that car is a bit hard for that track, too much power lol. Although on Tsukuba it drift's awesome.
 
Also just found an actual D1 car in the used dealer for around 200000 credits. So far It's an awesome drifter sitting at 491bhp after an oil change. It's a FR ER34 D1 Spec '04. If you see this car, make sure you buy it. Well worth it.

I was actually goin to buy the one from the dealership. Its the same car basically only newer and better looking.

Yeah, in the case of nordwand you can have too much power. I actually havent tried drifting there yet, maybe there's a challenge for me....

Guess I'll have to buy the new one, see what it's like.
 
Just built this baby from scratch, considering i havent seen anyone drift these machines as of yet.
Really keen for some Tandems !

have you got the later model premium one? Dunlop ER34?

& have they fixed the no intercooler texture on the old one? I get a glowing blue hole on my (s) Blitz ER34

Nah haven't got the premium model, I may buy it later on, but it's 571bhp in the dealer.

No it still has that blue glow, kind of looks like there's blue neon's in it lol. I wander if it glows on the night tracks?

I havnt spent much time in the seasonal events but i managed around 23500 on eiger from memory but i think with a bit of tuning and time i couldve broke the 25k mark
