Spa and La Sarthe kart track glitch?

Hi all, just about every top notch circuit in the world have nice karting tracks inside them. On GT5 for instance, we have La Sarthe, and Spa, and the kart tracks are right inside there. I'm not a glitch person, but it would be awesome! Maybe we can even get kaz to put those tracks in, or get some real world kart tracks somehow. But if anyone finds anything, please notify me. Being a karter myself I love those tracks!
