I was wondering that too. Out of the cars that seem to have access to the Ultra High Turbo, I've only seen them for the R35s, the RX-7s, the Veyron and the BRZ Drift Car. What I'm really wondering is what effect it has on the Fiat 500 😂

As expected, the VR38 Lancia is another 1/4 beast, and possibly one of the fastest 4WDs with the right tune! The tuning sheet says 9.14 for the quarter mile, which beats out every R35, but loses to the Huracan, Aventador and Veyron. Still, what a monster!

Holy crap, while testing my newly turbski'ed Veyron's top speed at Route X I think I found the most beautiful time of day in the game.
And in case you were wondering, this Veyron blitzes past 300 mph without a single worry. Not surprising for what is essentially 2000 HP with nitrous.
