Specific drift tuned cars

Ive recently bought the bp falken rx7 fc, HKS Hyper Silvia and Blitz Skyline ER34 which are drift models. Just wondering how many other specific tuned drift cars there are like these three?

What do you mean by specific tuned?

Those cars don't really have a good, "close to real life" tune on them to begin with, it's as if PD just slapped something on them and said "ahh, screw it."

Those are D1GP cars. Their stock tunes are TERRIBLE; tires can't even spin right cause the LSD tuning is so messed up

There's also a newer version of the Blitz Skyline in the Dealership with a decent stock tuning (from what I remember in GT5P). That makes 4

Not sure how to phrase it, just going by the information of the model these were made in real life for drifting, or there from a tuning company but dont come ready tuned in the game. Just have the decals etc on them and a few parts.
Ive got three now so just wondering if there's more cars like these.

The OPTION Stream Z's more of a straightaway car, isn't it? But somehow it's connected to D1GP (Video Option?)

I was always confused about that car,but i swear i seen it at a D1GP event drifting,i mean the owner Daijiro Inada is one of the D1GP founders.

I don´t know if it is a D1 car, but the torque distribuition in this car is completly flawed.


My conclusion of this thread is:
There are D1 themed cars witch in stock tune are not good drifting machines, otherwise also there are another competition cars that looks nice as "drifting costumes" and are very good at drifting with the right tune.

Thanks for the information, and ive now managed to collect most of the D1 style cars too.

Im very much enjoying the BP Falkon RX-7 as a drift car but as stated above it was terrible with the stock tune.

No, Dai drift with a 180SX with a 350Z front and G35 rear.

Which now has a 370Z front.

It is ugly and crashed everytime Dai gets behind the wheel...

the option stream Z was set up for the colorado high speed runs, it does have a D1GP sticker, but its more for advertisment of D1GP and Video Option. the re amemiya is a drift car also, amemiya set that car up so it could do just about anything, touge, time attacks, drifting. it was driven by Masao Suenaga

No its not, the Touge Greddy is another car that run/ran a stock turbine. Masao's FD was a "full spec'd up" D1 car.
