:gtpflag::gtpflag:Ok gentlemen:gtpflag::gtpflag:

We have at the moment 15 drivers registered for the Grand Event.

mphile77 will make 16
:cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:

mphile77 has a request. He wants to bring another driver to the race.
So if anyone is having second thoughts or plans that would hinder their participation?

Speak up.

Now with that said your car chose will NOT taken.

mphile77 and his co-driver will drive the Opel Calibra

To those that are participating.

Do not under estimate the Opel Calibra

I just witnessed some great early testing

;);););):nervous::nervous:;);););)

Be at the track early Nov 20th, cause.....

In the words of Tjger

if you snooze you'll lose your spot.

Hopefully this Thursday's Casual Night we'll run another short practice race.

OK Guys as WE all know we had some bad moments in the past and we have deal with it and ONE thing I will say is that NOBODY here LIKEs DRAMA!
One thing I don't like is people getting out there and start calling each other OUT! :grumpy:

If any of you need to argue or you have a problem with somebody from the CLUB then please do us all a FAVOR and send PMs to each other! Act with manners and solve the problems you guys might have cause this Is A FRIENDLY, SUPPORTIVE and FUN CLUB!

We don't post negative comments about our fellow members cause as you all know we treat each other as a family, as the SPINNING ARROWS CLUB family

So please lets keep acting like we always do... Positive with a GOOD attitude and always joking with each other for a good laugh.

THANK YOU

SPINNING ARROWS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Couldn't have said it any better myself.

I have one request of you guys if you don't mind.
as Manny has already stated, please do not call anyone out on a personal nature. This is all for fun. We're not winning real money or getting real prizes. Everything in is the virtual world. Keep that in mind. Please!
And lets keep SAC the way it was intended to be. Fun racing with cool people that can respect each other and occasionally throw some cash at Tarkus for new shoes. Pretty simple.

You and the shoes, man.

Looks like he's in his groove. I really gotta figure out this Alfa in just over a week if I want a high finish. The Alfa is a bit annoying to drive so I'll pick up the Merc and try that too.

offline. Dropped that to a 1:58.474...
What's the fastesr DTM lap here?

1:58.xxx is about the time most ppl had in the initial test...

A decent laptime(online) should be around high to mid 1:55.xxx

BTW, I only post online laptime, since all the testing are done in an online room and the race is online, thus offline test and setup to me is not accurate aka useless.

Also, i expect simalive will get into the 1:54 range eventually.

An update on the 155:
Tested a different weight balance on the Alfa on RS tires, hit a 1:58.903, which is about a half second slower than Lawless's DTM time that I made.
my times were 1:56's until those guys pushed me to do consistent 1:55's(online) ...i pretty much run 1:58 coming out of the pits...if you want we can open a room later tonight and do some laps

OB buddy, you better test it in an online room, if you are doing 1:58.474 offline, that means you are doing 2:00.xxx online......

go to lobby and create a room and do testing.

Offline time doesn't really mean anything.

Agree - I hate testing online because I like the ghost and no online loading times - but if you set your car up for offline it could dramatically change how you may have set it up for the less grip of online...
If you set your cars up for online they should be beasts offline - but it doesn't work vice versa...

....also tjger if you have someone dying to race - I could also give up my spot as I will be a few seconds off the pace and have no shot.

I'd still want to participate tho - but would walk away or "qualify" if it came to that - just throwing it out there

Please remove my driver from this event as I will not be participating. Between the drama around here and the piss poor set up of another Tjger event I just saved myself an hour and a half of aggravation.

Don't worry Is not mandatory so WE will gladly remove you from the list... As for the SET UP that Tjger created YOU are the FIRST to complain so WE thank you for your feedback 👍

ok Guys. I know for a fact you have all done nothing all week and are just sitting around the house waiting for this post about the races tomorrow. Well what kind of a person would I be if I made you wait any longer? So without further ado:
race 1 - 522PP - any car VFT
race 2 - 577PP - any car VFT
race 3 - 604PP - any car VFT
race 4 - one make at Suzuka 5 laps.
race 5 - Practice run for next week's event. if you are not participating in that event, you can still use any DTM race car with the required 428HP limit. make sure you see that is an Hp limit and NOT PP. Don't worry about the other requirements as this is casual racing night and not too serious.
race 6 - 541PP - any car VFT
race 7 - 627PP - any car VFT
race 8 - the race we've all been waiting for. The Mallet Cup in honor of our brother from the other side of the pond.
This will be a race at the Brands Hatch Gran prix Circuit - 80's layout. We will be able to use ANY car that appears in the north American dealerships. There will be a 520PP limit and a MINIMUM weight of 1900Kg for your car and 5 laps. Get to work boys, not much time to prepare for this BUT again, this is casual night. You're not supposed to prepare for it.
race 9 - one make around Tokyo.
race 10 - 504PP - any car VFT
race 11 - 582PP - any car VFT
There you have it fellers. This is the "ODD" number PP race. Something a little different once again.
Also keep in mind, the Mallet Cup will be much better with a cold glass of (insert favorite drink here).

Hopefully you guys will also meet our other brother from the European side of the pond. Some of you know him already, a Spinning Arrows partner who recently unearthed some forgotten history about the formation of the club..
Good luck in the Mallet Cup Jocke, you may be the next purchaser of Tarkus' shoes!

👍👍👍👍👍

Good luck in the Mallet Cup Jocke

Thanks, Mallet.

And yes what I unearthed was a page from a one-hundred-year-old newspaper at my local library providing evidence that the S.A.C. has
been in existence for a century! The librarian was reluctant at first in letting me scan the page, but I told her I had permission from tarkus
and she accepted that.
They even had the logo decided already for their very first meeting.

We all have big shoes to fill. I'm sure if we blindly continue to follow Lord Tarkus we shall not disappoint our founders.
