Lets have a ONE Make with the LM55 at Sarthe!!

There's been some discussion about refining the S.A.C. race schedule.
Nothing firm, just things being thrown on the table.

Everyone knows that we have three formats. Casual, Main, and Grand Events.

The Casual Nights are for everyone to enjoy with simple rules and a Car Show atmosphere.
The Main Events are for everyone with a desire to try something a little more serious, but keep it simple.
The Grand Events are for the serious drivers who like to push themselves to the limit both physically and mentally.

In the last few days our club has discussed including a stellar event for our out of the world drivers.
That will be planned for GT 15. So for now we're stuck on this planet together.

Sooo, here's a proposal.

We keep our Casual Nights.

Starting with:
January 8........ Casual Night
Jan 15th ........Grand Event
Jan 22nd ..........Casual Night
Jan 29th.........Main Event

We were racing three Casuals and one Main or Grand Event a month.
The big difference is the added Main Event. The Main Events will be 'One Make' races with simple street cars and no tuning.

Examples include the 99-01 GT-Rs, RUF CTR, Shelby GT500, VW GTIs, etc.

The Main Events would serve as a bridge between the Casual crowd and the Serious crowd.
Main Events could be run like our Tour of Japan, Europe, and U.S. Only this time 'One Make"
Five track, ten laps each.

Tracks that we don't visit normally could be used such as Madrid, Rome, London, Cape Ring, and others.

Ok, enough finger talking.


One thing for sure is WE WILL RACE SOMETHING JANUARY 1.
My Team is driving me nuts.

Right now I couldn't tell you which is cheaper.
The other guys are already planning to purchase one or the other.

For now try working towards 300 bucks. That way you can go either direction.

So installing the ps4 tonight I realized my tv mount broke from all the back n forth torque from my wheel. I could just c my tv falling in the middle of a race. It would sound like this...

So the sim gets fixed in the am! Cant believe it snapped clean off at the base of the tv, haha

Santa was gratefull this year. I got a 1h hour track day on the gp circuit on the Nürburgring GP circuit in an "racecar"
Does someone have our logo in high res. Want to make a sticker for ny helmet.

Oh yeah, I'm alright now. Just a little noise coming from my stomach.

Project Cars. It will mark a revolution in sim racing like we've never seen before.
There won't be a lot of tracks at first. There will be tracks that we haven't raced on like Imola and Donnington Park.
The cars that are confirmed as of now. WOW.

Right now the developer is more concerned with ensuring the Core game functions with no glitches or bugs.

For us. Project Cars will over run us along with news about Gran Turismo 7. Which I think could be released next year at this time.

My suggestion. Set some cash aside a little at a time. Start looking at the T300 or T500.
Next suggestion. Watch the numerous Project Cars videos. Your jaw will drop.

Well she is all back together! Move tv back and up 10" will take some time getting used to the new position. Oh and there is my fatty old man chair inplace of that racing seat i started with. Now we need Project cars, t300rs ,and rum!
