Patrick, the UK entered daylight savings on Sunday morning. So we are now on BST which is GMT+1.
Thanks Mallet, but unfortunately, something is still not clear for me.
Please have a look at this tool: http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ and search once GMT and once GMT/BST. There is a difference: GMT has -2 to CET and GMT/BST has -1 to CET??? :odd:
Which one should I consider for the race schedules???
For instance, for the Cappuccino Race today...

"GMT/BST" is, I think, a relatively new (& utterly confusing) way of saying BST which is GMT+1 & is what we're using at the moment in the UK (since the start of this week). It is the time we use here while we're in daylight savings.

"Actual" GMT is the same as UTC.

In theory, race organisers who state their start times in GMT should mean the actual GMT.
Undoubtedly, some of them will mistakenly cite GMT as the reference point when they are in fact quoting a time in BST.
This is very confusing I know.

It is best to check with individual hosts.

OK let's consider the "GMT" time (-2 to CET for me). Unfortunately the Cappuccino Race has been canceled... :( :yuck:
Thanks a lot my friend!

Just wondering...What's the general age range here?

make a guess...
