Hmmm, been thinking about using one of those Logitech remotes for a while now. Once I get this basement finished I"ll start looking into it again.
As far as the other equipment, it's all stuff I already own except the speakers and fortunately my receiver does have HDMI pass thru while it is in standby mode so it doesn't need to be powered on all the time just to watch something not worthy of surround. It is also an 11.2 channel receiver which is why I have 7.2 in the basement and 2 other separate zones for stereo; patio and deck.
Now not to sway too far, one more day to go and I still haven't been able to test my cars to see which is being run on which track. The best I can hope for is to get online early tomorrow for some testing. I'm really itching to try a street Lotus.
I also don't have the full list in front of me but at this time we should have about 10 for the race tomorrow. So its not too late if you want to jump in.

ouch... I didn't bother to test so many cars, chose one tonight, i can only make to the last 3 race anyway...

two of them are my least favorite tracks

I tried everything but I just think the psn is having some big issues tonight. I'm getting messages from some others saying they're dropping in and out. I think the tour will need to be rescheduled unfortunately. even if it does start I doubt we'll have a full night like last week which was nice and free of hiccups.
Sorry guys and just when I was about to wipe the floor with you all.
I'll still keep trying a little bit longer though.
