Just wanted to make sure everyone knew that due to the psn issues last week, the European Tour will be run this coming thursday which I believe is the 4th. Hope you can all make it back. Look at the bright side; its an extra week to fine tune your car(s).

Well, well, well, who opened the back door and let the big cat in?
I'm not going to mention their names. They know who they are.

Let's get one thing straight and understood. I'm not asking to come back.
tarkus1 convinced me a long time ago to leave and start my own club. THANKS Boss.
Sorry it took so long to see the light.

For those of you who didn't know. My plan to leave S.A.C. started back in November of last year. The first thing I had to do was return S.A.C. back to its glory days. Casual Nights on Thursdays. By moving it to Wednesdays was perfect. It helped me separate the serious racers from the not so serious racers. Trying to force Endurance Racing on you guys was a bad idea. A really bad idea.

Next came resigning from the S.A.C. Management Team.
That took awhile, but in the end it was for the best for all of you. By me leaving it gives the opportunity for past members to come back and enjoy simple racing. Your welcome Stockerace.

Now the question for you gentlemen is why?

Why are you guys punishing yourselves by still playing Gran Turismo 6?
Most of you have a PS4 and Project Cars. I can sit back and watch you guys play it. Seriously ;)
There's no reason why you guys can't continue having Casual Nights racing Project Cars. The game has street cars too.
It has a whole new world of options and features that will keep you guys racing for a longtime. You can still use this thread or move it to the Project Cars section.

I can't and will not have the opportunity to join you guys. I made the decision to host my races at the same time as your Casual Nights. So I won't be interfering with you guys. Great Idea huh?

One last thing to tarkus1. Most of the guys want to move on until Gran Turismo 7 comes out. They want to keep Casual Nights, but try out Project Cars.

What's holding you guys up? Make your voices be heard.

Alright Gentlemen its time for me to leave.

Well tjger looks like i have to do another rant:

The first part i respect what your saying 100% The second half tho i have problems with.
No one is punishing themselves by playing GT6 and Project Cars. I playing 4 different racing Games GT6 and Formula 1 on the PS3 Shift 2 on the 360 and going real old school nascar 2005 on the 🤬🤬 Nintendo GameCube.
so for the drivers who have GT6 and Project Cars there is no punishment there the ones who choose to diverse between the two the ones who choose serious racing fun and who choose to have casual fun the ones who like driving Ferrari lambos concept cars and 🤬 american muscle on GT6 and also racing GT3 and whichever cars on project cars.

For the people who move on that's there choice just like when or if GT7 comes out it will be there choice to all jump back. i myself was debating on weather to buy a PS4 and jump to Project cars UNTIL manny posted his video of his race at The Glen with the mclaren and re-watching all the preview trailers that were getting posted.

Here my opinion and i bet people wont like my opinion:
the Graphics and Engines sounds on the cars are outta this world
Everything else is average
now with that being said i havent played the game yet if i tested it my opinion could change but as someone who was thinking on pulling out over $400-$500 bucks for a system and Project cars i would like to thank manny for posting his video to make me realize to save my money for another day

Is Tjger proposing to buy PS4s, pCars and T300's for everyone to "get with the times?"

You might have more than a few takers.

Enjoyment is enjoyment. Both have good and bad.

Don't worry about other people. If you want to stick to one game that's fine, but please, don't talk down to people that the way they spend their time is less important than yours. Even the aliens are human.

@MRTeam, you're opinion is always welcomes, as is everyones but as was just stated; why do you feel the need to talk down to people still playing gT6? I'm just going to put it very simple here. We race on Thursdays because we enjoy it. I would guess that most people know that great graphics do not make a great game. Now I for one have never played PC and would like to soon but the friendly banter on Thursdays with great people more than makes up for shiny graphics. Maybe one day I'll see you on the PC track and I would assume others will too. Some sooner than others, but for now, I am very much enjoying the friendly trash talking and general BS'ing that comes along with casual night racing.

The imperiousness disgusts me to no end, just because I have the system and game does not mean I will race with tiger ever again.

GT6 has long ago reached best friend status, as has the entire series. I like Project Cars, but I will not ditch a friend just because some new guy has all sorts of fancy gadgets that turn me into a seven year old with his parents looking at Tonka trucks. Each has it's merits, but ultimately we all know deep down they're just an average game with fluffed up graphics. We all know that if we want to go with a real simulator we would go get a proper gaming PC and get rfactor or iracing, but that's not what we want. What we want is an experience close to realistic but allows for fun and in GT6's case variety.

Sure it's nice to race against nearly all the GT3 class cars but over my dead body would you get me solely into that against racing a whole bunch of utterly slow and different cars where the racing is unbelievable all the time (Captain Crunch Racers). Then there's casual night, it's a throwback to the league format I used to run but without the stress of coming up with all sorts of events and rules. This is something you will never pull me away from as long as it is here. I still use GT6, and probably will until 7, to run my series races, at no point will it move to Project Cars because it depends on variety.

If you think I'm going to move because tiger moved, guess what, that's a big F:censored:K NO. As I said before, the imperiousness displayed is disgusting and I will not put up with that crap.

Good Riddance

I have some friends who has PS4 and PCars, and I have friends whose still on PS3 and GT6.

regardless they have switched to PCars and will never come back, or they have both and switching between the two games, or they are sticking with GT6 for now, they are all my friends :cheers:

I like PCars, cos it's serious, tuning is complicate but it shows you what are you dealing with in real racing.

I like GT6 too, heck, there's still have lots of Vision GT coming out and update coming out.

You are all my friends!!!!:cheers::cheers:
