Ill be ready for thursday check out the breaking news i was in while i was on hiatus
Sept 17th, there will be a Formula 1 race complete with pit stops, tire wear, fuel consumption, etc. This race will have a qualifying session first followed by a 1 hour race. The night will still begin at 8 as usual but starting approx. 9pm EST, the qualifying will begin. once completed, the third of a 4 part series will be run which will be a 1 hour race at the SPA
penalties will be ON and there will be no boost. At least one pit is mandatory but tire and fuel wear will be normal. A tire compound change is NOT required. The PP limit will be 880 for your F1.
remember, after this race is over, there will be another in a couple of weeks so the points for each week will be totaled for one final winner.
Weather change or not will post it later
Hi Gordonnation
How you doing
880pp with oil changehey marsda, do we limit the pp to 880 or whatever at max, because we can raise the pp over 880 after the oil change. 👍
Ok ok but why am I 2nd and Mallet 3rd? Just wondering?just have roughly numbers for cappuccino races

For you that's not a problem, everything easy for youIm doing well Mazda, Ive been enjoying the time away few concerts one while i was in Baltimore and another while in Raleigh, went to the nascar race in darlington might be able to get some video up at some point. The only thing left is to get my PS3 back from my cousin so i can get back on and remember how to race
Good to hear you back to townOh my, so much I've missed by being away. Good to see I left things in the very capable hands of @jr4737 and @GTracerEHTeam . Looks like I missed some good racing but of course you guys all know, if I was there, I would have won every single race.. For you new guys on here, that's basically been a running joke as I can never keep up with the big boys.
Anyway, back in town (for now) but will still be missing the next casual race this coming Thursday(actually F1GT) but I may be able to pop in a little late to commentate on the race.
Just curious @Blackmagic60 , which concert did you see while in Baltimore?
Thanks. Always nice to get away from the rat race of everyday life. Spent the better part of the week at the beach. Now looking forward to going to Mexico in October. WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!Good to hear you back to town
How's your vacation
Very cool and sounds like a good and yet busy time. The last race I saw was a night race in Daytona a couple years back. Certainly an experience.well tarkus technically the concert was in Virginia jiffy lube live and it was Kenny Wayne Shepard and Van Halen. but all i heard was van halen The only other thing i remember in Maryland was being pass by 2 orange and black Dodge chargers that were doing about 120mph on I-83(was that you tarkus in one of them chargers lol). saw chicago and earth wind and fire while in Raleigh better show then i thought it would be, then the loudness of nascar in darlington i was in turn one had a great view too bad good ol jeff cant drive a car the last 50 laps of a race. Well gotta prep for another group bicycle ride tomorrow in hershey
I'd like to try.Hey guys, I know I said at casual night I'd post up about Game Stock Car Extreme, I just remembered now as I finish preparing to take the start of the second to last race of the endurance series. So, here's my thoughts in their somewhat unfiltered form.
Driving in the game itself is sublime once you fiddle around with wheel and steering lock settings to get them just right. I know for some guys that driving in GT feels easy because the force feedback is sort of not all there on certain wheels, mine included. In this game it's there in full force, you really have to drive the car, it's no Sunday drive by any means. The graphics are a bit old hat, but by no means crap, the cars look better than the tracks just a little, and looking in the mirror the cars behind are pretty out of proportion as compared to actually looking back, but those are just niggles to me. The sounds, oh the sounds, to put it this way, the cars I heard in Project Cars sounded wonderful, but also a bit ramped up to sound better. In this you can hear V8 Supercars in their unfiltered, whiny, rumbling glory, there's also what's called a Formula classic that's really Senna's McLaren MP4/4 and if you watch on boards and videos of that real car and play this game after, you might think you are Senna, it sounds that good.
I said on Thursday that the game is very moddable, and boy is it ever. Despite the name, the base game comes with no ovals or Nascars, the Stock cars are Brazilian stock cars that sound a bit Nascar but look DTM. Anyway, back to mods, most of you are probably old enough to know what CART ChampCar is, well if you liked it GOOD NEWS, there's a mod that contains the full 1998 field and you can find most of the tracks from good sources at rather high quality. I haven't played it yet but from what I've heard it's great fun. On the track topic, if you can think of a track chances are you can find it, quality could be a little iffy but you can race on it for sure. One thing to watch out for is that some mods are for the 2012 version and won't work with the 2013 version of the game.
I know I should probably tie this a little closer to Spinning Arrows so I'm going to invite you guys to get on Steam to spend a very worthy $32.99. Maybe we could try a casual night on a night other than thursday trying out the online of this to see if we might have something new to crash around with.
P.S. I was rather humbled on the first drive, watch out.

Which means we're entered in a race which is running right now.
Does anybody have any news?
Sorry guys about not really keeping you updated, we just haven't fared very well for one reason or another so I just didn't really post about it. Yes we competed yesterday in the race, qualifying went well but the race went south in my stint because my router decided all on its own that resetting was a great idea. It's likely we came last, but the official classification isn't up yet.
In other news, Mr. alex, are you involved in a B-spec series? I found this while scrolling the PC and Console threads.
