LOL its not just the controller anymore buddy but the laser also, I don't know where to take it to be fixed ! I have Pcars and NFS but I miss my PS3 and not being able to play GT6 and ruin everybody's races LMFAO!!!

hey Rick, is the laser having problem ONLY with the GT6 disc?? If it can reads other disc but ONLY not the GT6, then I suggest you buy the GT6 from the PSN store, it's only $13.

Download it onto the HDD and problem solved!!

You will have all the game data but you don't need the GT6 disc no more.

Cheap and easy, Jerry's PS3 couldn't read the GT6 disc too and we were thinking to change the laser-head and it cost about $80, since he just play GT6 on the console thus we download a new copy for $13, got all the updates (which takes couple hours...) and he can GT6 again!!!

That actually sounds like a great idea with the disc thing. I don't know if any of you guys recall Captrock. He's a friend of mine that used to race back in the early days but his GT6 disc wasn't working so he eventually just quit. Such an easy fix and cheap too. Wish I knew that back then but of course I'm sure it wasn't $13 back then either.

I used to play a lot of GT6 but I've been out of the game since around Halloween last year. I'm in the UK so it's late at night for me when you guys race but that's not a problem. :cheers:

I might be out in a bar on Thursday this week but I could try to race afterwards. You seem like a group that doesn't mind having a beer or two. :)

I heard that @tarkus1 is the fastest driver in the club & wins every race. If I could have an opportunity to be even on the same grid as him, it would be a great honour. :bowdown:

That's funny. I need to post a short clip of my last visit to Mexico when I went to Xplore. We were on ATV's going crazy and my wife had the GOPro cam going the whole time. It sounded very similar.

@alcheng The next event has not been completely finalized although we do have plenty of details. We should be releasing the info soon.

Race 1 - 500Pp class street cars at Laguna Seca.
Race 2 - Real NASCAR. The damage will be set to light but a pit will most likely be required with 25 laps and tire/fuel wear on.
Race 3 - Tsukuba circuit. 10 laps of crazy action with 490PP cars and full BS.
Race 4 - One make race and winner of previous race picks car. VFT
Race 5 - Dirty NASCAR but at Indy this time.
race 6 - Ford vs Chevy VFT 550PP. Race or street cars, its your choice.
Race 7 - VGT cars under 625PP. Previous race winner picks track.
race 8 - Midfield mayhem and previous winner picks PP level. Full BS
Race 9 - Ending the night with 3 laps of La Sarthe and 650PP any cars.

The drunken European in me is telling me that I should skip any oval races & use the time to top up my :cheers: levels. :)
 
Sure was good to have Ol'e @S_Bridge back in the races last night. You sure are a trooper. While everyone else was ready to call it a night, you got your second wind (at about 4am nonetheless).

I did want to thank @GTracerEHTeam for taking the victory away from me at Tsukuba at the very very last second. AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:. I thought I was racing against @MannYhAvitZ at Trial Mountain for a split second.
