Don't forget team Slacker.
As the founder of Team Slacker, I'm always on the lookout for new members. One thing to note though is that, true to our name, we've never had anyone represent us in a race so far. I can't make it tonight either, so the name holds true.

I had a plan to recruit tarkus based on the shoddy copy/paste job he's done on the agenda.
As all of this:
its the first of a few team races.

This is a team race

team race!!!
Is at odds with this:

This will be the only team based race for the evening
& also this:
winner of Daytona race takes the title and bragging rights
Is still in the agenda but is contrary to this:

This is based on a night of team racing. 3 of 5 wins the night.

Then I decided that to point those kind of things out was potentially annoying, so I left it alone.
Till just now, sorry tarkus.

We have an official date that is a hard limit for our DTM event.

July 14th is D day and we'll be running it exactly as it was planned with all the bells and whistles.

As for tonight's casuals I'm hung up a bit but I might be able to join the shenanigans later on and hopefully help out team Canada.

Wow, what a final race it was. Since there was a small turnout, we couldn't do teams as I would have been the only representative from Team Baby Bird. However, the last Daytona race did end up turning into a bit of a national pride race and talk about fun. I think that had to be the most fun I've had in any single race. The speed was crazy, the action off the charts and the trash talk......OH MY, the trash talk was.....well, I have no words.
As far as the results for the National pride race, even with the odds stacked well against me, lets just say Team Eagle is back!!! (unofficially though):cheers:

EDIT:
Will someone please pass along the word to Pkart that we are imposing a "no fly zone" at Daytona?

I suddenly became available at 0330 (which would have been 2230 EDT) but I had no Internet connection available due to brand new physical damage to my router (caused by drunken clumsiness) & also previously caused damage to my cables.
I would endeavor to get a new network up & running asap but I'm just such a slacker.

sounds good, but can you post more details about the event again, the post on that event had been buried by so many pages of posts already.

*******************

no offense but you as the race/event organizer hardly post anything on the event or any detail.

The numbers of participate on the JTCC series was about 4-6, many of them who ran the race actually quit/give-up even before the 30mins break, not sure what's the reason/problem but it's better to find out.

On the upcoming event, nobody even remember there's race planed on the 2nd Jun, since your first post on the event 2 months ago, you didn't post any progress or update until 2 days ago that you're going to postpone the race cos those PS4 guys couldn't make it.

On the JTCC series, I made a post long time ago asking if any of us experience glitch when using the user-created track, only Gordon responses and we test on one of those tracks one time and he had the same problem.

I post up the issue and you didn't response to it until it has affected your race at SUGO, then you decided to move the last race from Okayama to Indy GP, but you didn't even post the change in here until the last minute.

Again, no offense, but you as the race/event organizer, I think it's your job to make sure SAC members knows about the main events, keep them updated, and keep them interested.

Sorry about the rant/opinion but as a point of view from a drivers/participate, and a loyal club member, I have/want to post this up.

CAD$0.02

Damn!
The guy on top needs a fortune cookie!!

Chill man!... It takes long to get events together. Trust me I know, so please don't look like the "rant" cause I am sure you are not brother... I respect you (Team Lexus) but I need to step forward and say the obvious.

Coronas amigo! Coronas!!! Lol

trust me Manny, I don't want to blame anyone or whatever, I participated all the events and I like everyone of them. The problem is we only have a few participates on those events, many doesn't even know there's an event.

what I'm saying is, we have some good event, we have some nice drivers/member, we can make the event looks and runs better, and that's up to how does the race organizer/management promote the event.

Yeah, I had no idea if the PS4 guys' return was still happening & had no memory of when it had been arranged for.

I'm not saying that as a complaint, just as food for thought for the guys who make the events. Alex raised a valid point & I hope nobody thought he was being overly negative or harsh. I think we all appreciate the work that the management team put into everything behind the scenes but if we're not made more aware of things it's hard for us, or potential newcomers to the club, to know what's going on.

Good points guys and we'll get together and post info more frequently. I know ET is running numerous events all tied in with his own main races and has a lot on his shoulders. Not including whatever else he's got going on in his life so it does sometimes get lost in the bunch.
Anyway, I'll make sure he's severely punished for his actions. I was thinking of maybe sending him to bed without dinner but don't think I can really enforce that (or any other punishment). Besides, Alex may start to feel remorse and deliver some BBQ pork so that won't work. Or maybe each race he participates in with SAC, weather its casual or an event, his car should be seriously handicapped. At least then I would have someone to race with.:)

 Or give him some of @MannYhAvitZ's weed. He'll be unable to see the road right.

Oh, speaking of Manny...

I think we need to slip some valium in his water instead. Just enough to slow him down some while on the track.

edit:
Just wanted to let you know I may not be able to make the casual races this week. I'm hoping to just be late though.
edit again:
I will not be posting an agenda tonight for any races tomorrow. Since I will most likely not be able to make it, I didn't want to decide what everyone else runs in my absence. so if you guys do decide to race tomorrow, have fun and I'll catch up the following week and on the forum.
