Great races all around last night boyz. I'm just surprised I was in the hunt for a podium spot for Sierra. That blue line does wonders I guess. Otherwise i'd have been completely lost and while you guys were racing, I would have been stopped at a gas station asking for directions (left my smart phone/GPS in the "one make" car).

^^^Yes you did.
I did my usual.
A couple of good finishes.
A couple of bad finishes.

A lot of ...wrong car for racing.
Dodge Viper Oreca at Lemans on RH tires is not good.

I need to set some time a side and prep a few cars at the various PP limits.

I usually have bad finishes on causal night.. lol

whatever cars in the wrong track which I have driven less than 5 times...

plus the glitch we have from PSN recently makes me invisible to many other people thus turn out to be a pin-ball race...

after last night... I now realize the GT500-GT-R can do 6 X 360 at Trial Mountain and the handling is actually not bad with all four tires blown

Who triggered the gymnastic spin..??? how the hell I know... it was a mess...!!!:lol::lol: LOL

@ Trial Mountain....

alcheng: Mazda.. I'm right beside you.. gonna take inside
Mazda: where are you? I don't see you...
alcheng: I'm right at your left side now...
Mazda: you're in the race...??
alcheng: arr..... yes... right beside you taking the corner now...
Mazda: ok.. ok.. I don't see you but inside.. inside...

:lol::lol::lol:

F1 can ban radio communication... GT6 cannot... must not...:lol:

Remember to clear cache before looking for the room, that was something I'd never heard of until my 1st Spinning Arrows night.
I also now don't race online without a wired connection, the layout of my house enables wireless connection in one configuration or CAT5 cable directly into the PS3 if I play in another room. It normally works ok on wireless but I've learned that there's no point taking the risk.
Also, when I use the wired connection I'm nearer to the bar so it's win-win!

Another tip.
It's ok to remove the GT 6 disc from your PS3 once in a while.
Purchase a quality blu-ray cleaner and use it.
Also take a fine polishing cloth and clean the disc.
Remove the GT6 disc from the PS3????? Are you crazy man?!?!?!?!?
I may be the only one that can say with honesty that that has NEVER been done at my house. EVER!

It did cure an internet connection problem on a friend's PS3.
It turns out the son was using the PS3 for viewing Blu-ray movies.

After the little fellow's finger prints were removed from the Gran Turismo 5 disc. No more connection problems.

Remember guys, the data to access PD's servers is kept on the disc.

PS3 internal fans are designed to bring in dusty outside air into the PS3. :nervous: Hmmm. ;)

The next thing to work on is router settings. Something I'm still learning.

May also consider limiting other electronics that are sharing the internet connection.

I always liked NASCAR a little better, because nothing says exciting like having 40 3000 pound vehicles shooting past you at 200 MPH.

Yeah tarkus, he's obviously gone mental. Just ignore him.

How are we defining what is & is not a rally car for Chamonix? Would it have to have something like "rally" or "wrx" in the name of the car?

& can anybody say what kind of lap times we should be looking to achieve? Just to be anywhere near the pack I mean.
I took a 500pp Impreza & a couple of different Evo's round Chamonix West today in about 2:20 to 2:22 each to get a feel for it but none of them had anything like "rally" in their names.
