My advice would be to prioritize the bridge building and rock-slide clearing missions when you come across them. They'll save you a lot of time further down the line and give more options for your routes.
I'm a fan of the Royal with the small crane, low saddle, and semi flatbed. The truck is heavy enough, it handles the crane with relative ease.My current trucks:
International Paystar 5070 with a loading crane and flatbed. My go-to atm, kind of tippy though.
International Loadstar 1700 with a pick up chassis. I just use this to find towers and upgrades.
now I’m just saving up for something thay can haul large trailers and pull other trucks with ease.
Not sure if they intended it to be this way, but if you go to one, and accept it, it'll show in the list. I had gotten into the habit of doing this a while back. By doing so, you can kick it off whenever you want, without having to drive back to the trigger.Started playing the game today (post update) and noticed that the tasks are no longer listed under the task menu.

The cable on the small crane is essentially the same as your winch. Run the crane out, if you can get a connection dot on the pallet, connect, and reel it in. Drag it across the ground until you can get it right next to the truck. Watch that you don't tip yourself over.Any hints on how to complete the "Cousin Cletus" task in Drummond Island? There's a batch of oil drums at the foot of a cliff with no apparent way of getting down to them.
Is it me or did the Kahn dlc truck get nerfed fuel capacity? It only holds 40 liters now.
@Moglet -- I've honestly been kind of holding off on this game expecting them to overhaul the way missions and everything work. In a game that derives its challenge from just getting from A to B, the lack of clarity and utterly random trailer incompatibilities (after bringing the designated saddle) are nuts.
It's also partly self-inflicted because I want to complete Taymyr first but I have not even unlocked any mud/offroad tires yet! I was busy when this game released, and last night was the first time I tried it again since launch week.
Probably the hot fix to fix the graphics issue ps4 is having, and possibly the Task list. There was an update about a couple of hours ago. But couldn't detect any change in the game. Any idea what it was about anybody?
the new update fixed the steering issue and the lights actually work now
the slightly turning left before going right. Pivot steering vehicles seem to still have that issue but the regular steering ones seem to be fixedWhich steering issue? They still auto-center (which I prefer) and the devs stated that they would need to work on it for a bit longer to fix that. If you mean the issue where turning left would turn slightly right first and vice versa then happy days!
