Silver cup was pretty close at the end! In that shot of @WhiteFlight1 crossing the finish line you have three more of us all within 0.5s of each other in the background.

I had a lot of great racing in this round, it was really close the whole time and you had to stay on your toes every corner because you wanted to either capitalize on someone else going slightly wide or you wanted to keep the guy behind you behind you. Fantastic race all around!

So during last season, just after our Bathurst round, I mentioned that I would once able take a trip out to the track to do a lap around the venue.

Well last week, I was finally able to get out there, as I had a work contract to film the Bathurst Light Car Club's Hill Climb event that runs from the crest on Mountain Straight to McPhillamy Park.

For context the video is taken from my dash camera, which is mounted just ahead of my steering wheel (so basically the drivers POV), and at around 6pm Daylight Savings time.

Disappointment. The Bathurst 6 hour was cancelled, then they had it re-scheduled for this weekend, but apparently that didn't happen due to border restrictions. I was hoping to have a laugh watching the open wheelers negotiate the dipper <pout>.

Well I could give commentary a crack, however I don't have any of the required gear to make this happen this season.

Might also see if my mate is interested as it would be weird having a driver in the race doing commentary as well.
