Yes,

Basher Mod? They look like lifesavers to me.
I have a 1.38:8 at sanoma, sounds like we got similar times, glad to hear that! Maybe im on the right track for this series . Last series i was lazy, and had very minimal practice, and zero pit strategy :banghead:. I feel it could have been different if i had gotten my act together and turned on my try hard mode .

I cant wait to get the lifesavers in place, im looking for a better brake pedal :scared:

Ok, Wildgersen #83, red and white, good looking old man in the drivers seat. Eat my smoke boys. Lol.
Yeah, and it has the loudest fan in the world :lol::lol:

Added:

Got the basher installed! I already changed from this picture and made it softer, it was mad stiff with this setup

Just did some laps at Sonoma in the Vette, was able to hot lap 132.866. Most laps were mid 133.xxx to low 134.xxx.

This cars behavior is like trying to reason and understand a women who has PMS. One moment the world is all perfect, then the next moment, while looking you straight in the eyes, she will stab you with a smile on her face.
should be a fun date.
Well Sgeti the times have dropped a bit, Eh Team the wanker he is  put up a 131:flat . Im sure it will be a 1:29 before to long :banghead:

Open question to anyone taking the Vette, and I know the below map isn't exactly accurate - how do you guys manage to keep it stable in turn T8? I find myself losing the rear almost every time there. Sometimes in T6 as well, but I'm able to keep it under control. Everywhere else the car is fine though.

(For reference... using "real" assists, and tinkering with the "My Corvette Baseline" setup on projectcarssetups.eu http://projectcarssetups.eu/#/viewsetup/361345605)

:gtpflag:Race Day Alert :gtpflag:

Here we go again boys! Another journey at SRM is about (aboot if your Canadian ) to begin! The GTE series consists of 2 cars, the one a gentle smooth machine which quietly puts up consistent times while sipping tea and reading the paper, the other a pms-ing mother :censored:er that hates your guts and could kill you at any moment , but if kept under control will reward you with a quick lap.

If we can all be on time tonight i would love that, and also let me win that would great as well :D, we have a bunch of laps to do tonight so we will be moving fast! Room will open at 7:25pm est, 1hr of qualifying, 5min warm up, then the first race. Race #2 is 15min qualifying, 5 min warm up, then the race. This will all happen fast once first race is underway, so be ready!

New guys, we thank you for joining us, i hope your experience is a good one! I want to remind everyone that we have not all raced with you guys yet, im sure we all understand how sim racing works, so don't assume that anyone knows what your doing or thinking in close quarters racing :D, so lets all be safe and have fun!

Chat rooms, we will have 2 chat rooms, find a spot and fill in, turn your mic on and lets hope Lobban has his new dust buster fan screaming in our ears all night :banghead: .

SRM psn race control chat, is to be used for emergency situations tonight, example- if someone lags out and we have to restart the race, that is when we will use the chat. We will go into a rolling start if this situation happens and you will keep your current qualifying spot. Rolling start is basically line up, find your spot on grid and we will go at the start finish line when we come around. If lag out happens after a few laps are set we will go on, you will basically be screwed and have to wait till next race, sorry. Please power down all unnecessary devices that couls steal your internet service! This only helps everyone in the room avoid your laggy car!

If I missed anything please let me know, lets have some fun and good luck to all

First, welcome to the series. I also started out with the exact same tune as yours. I use a wheel, not sure what you use. Hear are some of the changes I made to try (and I surely do me TRY ), to control the rear end.

front toe -01
rear toe 01
rear sway bar 14
rear ride height 65
front fast bump 6500
rear fast bump 6500

Turn 6 & 8 are stable. I find if I lift the throttle on the entry ever so slightly on turn 8, the front will respond, tuck closer to the apex, and allow me at exit point to be on the left hand side of the track from there 8A is full throttle.

The issues I have are turn 2 & 3A. The dam rear end losses all connection and feel. One lap I have it controlled and the next lap I find myself ass backwards.

GAS!! FUEL!! EMPHASIS!! REITERATION!!

Everyone STARTS AT 30 LITERS!!

What you put in during your pit stop is up to you.

@mphile77 post in PSN chat like 6 more times every hour until the race starts.

:D

I won't be able to do the 1st race @ Sanoma, thus you can ask Mphile if you can take my spot for the 1st race.
Grid is locked and we will pick you up for race 2 bud no worries! We are not going to replace you for race 1, everyone had a chance to commit, those that did have a spot. Thanks for trying to be nice Alex, that what i call being classy! Look at us getting along these days

and I am more than happy to race again (with you guys):cheers:

Listen I never said I wasn't sure. All I posted was a car and number and you assumed based on previous activity. You know what assuming does right?

**** it I'll kill some WW1 soldiers instead or maybe defeat Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight for the 17th time

Im not going to have this battle with ya man, the grid is full end of story im sorry. If you have any other issues i can be reached in a pm, thanks bud!

I'm not trying to argue my way onto the track, just making a point.

DP, the point is, mphile already explained why you were put on the reserve list. Unfortunately, the sim world is a small one and your reputation follows you. Add to this that you have already done the no show thing here already, what other choice do the organizers have.

So, instead of a post like "So I guess I'm not racing tonight? Oh well..." that you wrote, why not something like this.
"Hey guy's, I understand why I was put as a reserve driver but I really would like to try again and race. If a spot opens tonight, I will be standing by for the opportunity. Thank you."

mphile and mcinnis, sorry if I'm out of line as I'm new here, but I had to say it!
