For cars designed for inclusion in a game released a decade ago, they manage to have a great attention to detail despite their lesser textures and polygons compared to the new for GT5/GT6 machines.
Even a steering wheel has more polygons.I honestly thought standards couldn't get worse. Then I stumbled among these:
Very good, i tought it was a premium car until i looked closer to the interior. The Isuzu Piazza actually looks pretty detailed to be honest. Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but it looks alright.View attachment 290733
And that's why full coverage textures are a no go, even on PS3 still - there just isn't the texel count available.I honestly thought standards couldn't get worse. Then I stumbled among these:
If PD was more open with us about the conversion from Standard->Premium I would be perfectly satisfied. Just throw up a post and we vote on the ones we want to see updated first, and they simply check their way down the list. So we end up having the power to decide the list, and they have the power to add/remove resources to accomplish the list. We all understand (hopefully we do) that it does require a serious effort to upgrade hundreds of cars, so I wont care if PS4 gets standards, as long as they commit to continue to provide great quality new rides as often as they can.
But here's a question for us, would you pitch in dollars/yen/euros/etc to help fund this process quicker? If you knew that it would take them 5 years to do them all, how much would you pay to get it done in 2 years? The game is not all that expensive in my opinion, if I was asked to pay a small monthly fee for all the new vision cars, extra special races they throw in, I wouldn't hate them for it. So I've always been able to keep in perspective that they might not be incredibly fast with content, but I also don't have to keep paying out for the content.
That's what I want to say.. and just look this Thread↓↓↓

thanks for your approval, In fact, the biggest problem is that my English is not good and not enough timeThis is a great idea, just one question I would ask is that is it money that's the issue or it is manpower?
I was hoping that the standards would be gone.

More like 10 metres, but it does look good. The '81 Celica doesn't look so bad from 10 feet away...
Good to see that the Corvette C4 is Semi-Premium, wished the Corvette C1 was updated too.PD should have made these premium ... At least 400R now looks okay...

Because that would actually make sense.i don't see why they can't copy and paste the premium cars and do a bit of modification to make all similar cars to premium one premium too. all the r34s should be premium because there already are 2 that are.

How did you edit this image? That thing looked so bad that I just HAD to edit it.

I would say that would be "semi-premium" quality.
How did you edit this image?
