SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless for GT7

Folks, sorry for more question. Gaming and sim raving is a new unknown world to me, but I am learning fast.

I needed a decent headset for on-line and have purchases this headset: SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless.

In case you have any experience, I need some help:
1. When I race and talk to someone, I hear an engine sound much louder than a lobby. Is there a way to prioritize the person?
2. I see there different presets for different games, just not GT7. How did you optimize it for yourself?
3. Any general tips to use them properly with PS5 Pro in GT7?
