In my testing today the track never got wet.
The possibility of rain at anytime still makes me want to miss the race. You all can say what you want about the rain, it won't convince me in anyway shape or form that it's fun. Some of you like it and I think that's awesome, but I don't lol.

Well, TNT no rain until half way through the very last lap.

Sorry too. Electric go off. Then ps give error
Yes I sadly watched your demise, your car just sort of went a bit crazy then banged into the wall as I went by you. It gave me a horrible vision of what it would be like in real life if the driver ahead had a heart attack, but a look in the mirror and you then disappear and a message you have left the room. So a DC of sorts . Unlucky.

Although the Bhp penalties have been severe for the faster guys,
it looks like it works as there is only a 16 pt difference in the championship from 1st to 8th and it should get closer as the series progresses.

RBR 4th.

Great drive from both Tony and Lozza, i really dont know how Tony does it.

Sad also to see Sken and Srt running around at the back with no power, i felt guilty of making the bhp penalty so harsh,
but its there for a reason to keep the championship close, and its working.

I had a great race, one of the few races that i have ever had with no spins spills or crashes of any sort at all.

I started in from 6th and was really quite happy there and let the elite guys go, which they did for a while.
Around lap 6 i passed Phaed who had had a little problem and later Nissman who also had issues and ran in 3rd and 4th for most of the race.
My plan if it did not rain was to run a 2 stop race going RS RS and then RM if needed if the rain did not force us to change to wets.
All went well, and i was in gret shape throughout the race, although Tony and Lozza had a huge advantage after 60 minutes, but they were never my target.
Myself and Nissman were really battling for 3rd place with me on a 2 stop and he on a 3 stop running a bit faster.
At 59 minutes still dry i changed to RM for my final stint and was pleased to see Nissman do his last stop around 70 minutes i think, and he came out around 15 seconds behind me.
I paced my laps and just tried to be gentle on fuel, and could see him slowly closing in on me.
My RMs were fine and as we got to 10 minutes to go i thought i may have enough fuel, but Niss was pushing hard and he was closing and closing and i was going as slow as i dared to keep fule and just so he would not catch me by the finish.
As we cam to the last 2 laps i realised i had too much to loose if i ran out of fuel, so i opted for a quick stop for 15 ltrs fule and rs again, i would rather finish 4th than crawl round with no fuel on the final lap and finish 9th.
As i came out of the pits Pubs went past and i was 5th, but with fresh tyres i was able to close down Pubs quickly and just was there waiting for a good oppertunity to pass him.
I darted around behind him, just to keep him on his toes, but i would have not have tried to pass at a place where i may ruin his race, but looking in his mirrors he ran wide and i went in to 4th place on the last lap.

For me a great race and great result, well happy.

Looking to Nurn24Hr now, and a really hard hard track to get through with no damage, and a long long way to limp home if you crash.
Have to do lots of practice this week.
It will be run dry with time progression x16 so it will cycle through night and day.

I'm leaving the series guys. I've noticed that the dry races are mostly night races and the others are rain races. This series has become no longer fun for me. I don't like the rain races and I have a hard time seeing in the night races.

I am very sad TNT .

I am too LOGIC. I was looking forward to racing in the rain every 3rd race and finally getting more daytime dry races, but then I noticed more day to night races. I have a hard time driving in real life at night, but driving this game at night is almost impossible. I have to adjust my tv to get it a bit brighter, but that only makes the game look foggy. This and one more are the only series I like anymore. Believe me, I love this series and the guys here are some of the best people to hang out with and practice. I really don't want to quit, but with the schedule the way it is, I'll be missing more races and not collecting the team points that skengd and I need to stay at the top of team points. I ended up screwing up our points last season because of my work schedule. I managed my work around Monday's so he and I could possibly take team championship this season. I'd make all the rain races from here on out if we had the rest of the season in the daylight.

tnt , have you tryid too make the night brighter in the game ? when u go on track , you can press start and when your ghosting you have some options you can change and the brightness is 1 off them , i had it on max when we raced at mount p. or else i wouldnt / couldnt see enough

I didn't think of that.
LOGIC is right about me staying. It's so very hard for me to leave this series. I left once and I just couldn't stay away. I'll deal with the races the way they are. Nurburgring 24h in the dark is a long way back if you get damage lol, this was my problem with this track. :nervous:

no problemo , i got the perfect solution for u - it involves pressing on the start button , and when u have done that the rest will go automaticly 💡

I won't be able to practice with you all until my Friday morning and Saturday morning. I have to put a new air conditioning pump on my moms Dakota sometime tomorrow morning, if she gets the part at that time.
Sunday my son is getting married :D  and I'll be busy most of the day.

No, but I wish :D
My mom ordered the part yesterday, but it is expensive to have a shop do it. I've always done most repairs myself and I had a good teacher, I learned from my father who had a shop. I also worked on a friends race car and was his crew chief for 2 years till he passed away. I haven't been back to the track since. That's when I started online racing.
I really like helping my family when I can.
