If the championship was closer in points from top to bottom then the handicap difference between top and bottom would be a lot less.
In reality the first few races are not an ideal test of the handicap system as the elite guys will make a points gap over the first few races that will mean they have bigger bhp difference, we will probably now start to see the bhp difference between top and bottom close up as the bhp penalties start to make a difference.

Also we cant use ballast as that means we have to open up tuning.

I'm IN for a SPIN - but do prefere to ger spun in dry weather rather then rain

Last night rain started at 30', got 100% at 33' and stayed there... it was only 60' race but didn't notice any change in the clouds... IT'S A POOL PARTY

I think you will find the rain will stop at some point, with the weather changeability on 15 it does change quickly.

I don't like to race in the rain. It isn't fun for me and I don't enjoy it. Sliding around the track and not having control of my car isn't the way I want to spend an hour and a half of my time. It's like driving an 800hp car with comfort hard tires on it.

TNT , it will not rain the whole race.
Most testst have had no rain at all and some it has rained for only 25 minuutes, amd all you have to do is go slower when its really wet.

Its up to you mate, i would like you there, as i dont like the rain either but i got no choice, i have to be there.
