Stores Knocked Off

Hey. I was wondering if somebody could post a list of the stores you have to knock off.

I've done 13.

Have you gone to the mall? I've gotten the ones in the mall, the grocery store, and maybe some pharmacies, I forgot if they give you money or not, I know the fast-food places don't, those cheap-skates!

you need to get the stores in the mall i think there is three in total ,there is also three pharmacys, two jewelers, the tool shops, the deli (the doughnut shop in the sir yes sir mission) the cafe you do missions from and also a corner store

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head

All these will appear on the map that you got in the box

I just can't do the last 2. There is the store you get the Havana suit from, but the route to the outfit is blocked and there is no person there. Also, rough & ready streetwear is not open. I've virtually done all the missions I'd think.
