Car Selection Order will be determined before the season start, and will be random. Everyone who has signed up before Car Selection will be added to the randomized list.
Anyone who signs up after will have to choose which car he/she wants based on which cars are still available. *NO DUPLICATES*
If more than 16 are signed up, the first 16 in the random order choose their cars, then the selection is open for anything again, but any duplicates will have to race eachother in THAT car in a short, qualifying race. (About 10 laps)
Start will be Double-File/Triple File Standing Start, or Double-File Rolling Start (Depending on Track). Restarts will be Single-File Rolling (Double-File for Speedway)
Bump-Drafting/Tandeming WILL be penalized if used excessively on Road Courses. When on Speedways, Bump-Drafting/Tandeming is 100% Legal.
Blocking on Road Courses in 100% legal as long as it's not used to an extent, and/or if it becomes too hazardous to other drivers. Speedways it's 100% legal with no exceptions.
There is NO Pit Road Speed Except for on Daytona (Road & Speedway).
Start/Restarting Line will be determined for each track, and clearly shown and explained before every race.
Cautions will be called for 2 or more car incidents, or if it's a hazard to other drivers on Road Courses. Single Car or more for Speedways.
If a caution is called with 3 to go, drivers will be asked if they need to pit, if no one pits, Green Flag with 2 to go. If people DO need to pit, then pit stops will proceed as normal, but ALL drivers will SAFELY! turn around after pits and drive to a safe point on the track where they will turn around again and restart normally with 2 to go.
Cautions on the last lap will ONLY be called if its a hazard to the LEADERS, not just any driver.
There are wave arounds if you are 1 or more laps down and everyone infront of you pits, but you are NOT allowed to pit under caution.
***QUALIFYING***
Road: 2 Lap Race. Decided by finishing position not fastest time. Cautions if there is a multi car wreck before the final lap.
Oval: 2 Laps, 1 Car at a time. Fastest Time.
***PENALTIES***
These will be given out for multiple circumstances such as track cutting, dirty driving, insulting people to an extent, and quitting for childish reasons such as being wrecked, getting penalized, and/or for just not wanting to finish it.
Retaliation isn't recommended, but is understandable if a specific person has raced you dirty, or is driving overly aggressive. As long as other, innocent drivers aren't involved, or if it's for a childish reason, you won't be penalized.
POINT DEDUCTIONS (Varying for tracks)
Track Cutting 1-3 Times = Warning
Track Cutting 4-5+ = -1 point for every incident after 3 or 4.
Causing Cautions 1-3 Times = Warning/-1 point.
Causing Cautions 2-4+ = -3 Points every time onward.
Quitting for Childish reasons = 3-5 point deduction.
Offending other Drivers Intentionally = 3-6 point deduction.
Causing Innocents to Wreck due to retaliation on another driver = 2-4 point deduction.
Giving another Driver Damage Under Caution = -1 Lap (There are exceptions)
Failing Regulation Check after Race = -10 points.
Failing Regulation Check before Race = Starting in last.
Leaving Pit Exit Lines Under Green = -1 Second.
Wreckless Driving = 3-5 point deduction based off of severity of the incident.

Suspension- Standard, Racing Hard, or Racing Soft ONLY
Brakes- Standard 5-5
Transmission- Anything (Must use ALL gears on Speedways)
Drivetrain- ALL Standard
Power & Body- Anything as long as your car is still within Specs.
The penalty for not passing regulation check is starting at the back, or losing points depending on whether it's before or after the race.
