Subaru 360 road test from 1969

Consumer Reports tested the low-cost Subaru 360 and the resulting report is hysterical. They rated it as "Not Acceptable".

Standing quarter mile in 28.5 seconds. Top speed about 55 mph.

Brake fade was not a problem with this car, I'm guessing the reason being that the slow acceleration allowed all heat to be dissipated in the lengthy period between stops. 0-50 mph in 37.5 seconds.
