Survey = How many cars do you have / ever owned in GT4?

Since the game has been released for some time now, I'm just curious to know who out there has filled their garage to the max and how many cars did you need to fill it? I've tryed searching for days now and the only thing I came up with was a rumour before the release saying that we can hold about 1000 cars in the garage at any given time.

I'm curious to know if this is true or was just a rumour and you can only hold no more than like 300 or so...

Also if you have records for the cars in your garage please, don't be affraid to share...would love to see who out there has how many cars owned right now,

Yeah they learnt after the disaster of GT2...what was that...100 cars max with 650 cars in the game?

Really jarred me off, was the main reason I stopped playing GT2.

Spike - I don't blame ya...look at the good cars that are in GT2...once the garage is full you're SOL getting the cars you want and have to sacrifice the cars you wanted to keep to get the good looking cars...GT3 I miss playing though...very little cars but it has a really awesome track, and some better ones than GT4...plus I miss the SSR11 track...it was my all time favourite track


But in GT4, I'm still trying to max out the garage...it's going to take me sometime before I accomplish this feat

Doubt I'll max it out. Only a few duplicates that I want to get, Black versions of the 4 spec cars, the 11 colours of the F1 cars and both a silver and black Merc SLR

I'll join ya on that note...I've got the 4 "black beauties" I've called them and I'm waiting to get a second of them just for show...the 11 colors of the F1 would be sweet as well, but I'm stuck with the black one right now...also, I honestly did not know the Mercedes SLR comes in black...hmmmm, gotta redo the race it's won, once I remember the darn race it's in, lol...👍

lol, the Merc McLaren SLR is buyable, 600K. So far I've got 6 of the F1 colors

Holy s**t, you had 1,000 cars in your garage!!! That's insane... I think I'm going to make a new progress thread in a bit to see where everyone stands just for ****s.

Good point. But I wonder if we're talking about the same thing.

Here is my thread idea which has probably been brought up before but I never bothered to check and people's signatures aren't as good:

Number of cars in garage
Total $ won
Total # cars won
What you have left to complete(assuming it's not a long list)
Possibly goals set for yourself(assuming it's not a long list)

I thought it'd be a good thread on its own but otherwise I won't bother.

actually a thread strictly dedicated to your GT4 completion and stats would be a good idea whatupdet....post it and you may get lots of input...you never know

I'm at 724 different cars(damn those licenses...ones I don't have are all silver on S and all gold on all 5 licenses) with 733 total inc F1 varients and Black Beauties.. Btw Ermac, don't forget that edit button

Thanks. Well I can't/won't post it until I finish FormulaGT since I don't know what all of my stats are, well I can find out but I'd rather wait until I finish the last 2 races and than if no one has stolen the idea I'll make one.

I don&#180;t really feel the need to get 1000 cars, since I have one of each plus a few doubles (black beauties, the solid color Ford GT, the black Mazda RX-7 LM with number 00) wich adds up to a total of 733 cars.
