Its still the drivers fault. They should know the limits of the car they are driving. If they do that (manage to roll it) to a car, this deserves to happen to the silly fellows.

well the one you have shown, while not being overly high off the ground and being 2wd is still not what you would call practical urban transport. is it? :P
 
OK, today i saw a Chevy Suburban...my god they are freaking enormous! Four massive doors and a massive boot...i couldn't get over the size! And there are lots of these in America i guess?
