Yes don’t use a combiner cable to join left and right, that is as Buttkicker rightly say is a ‘short’... those ‘Y’ cables are only used for taken a single stereo out splitting into left and right individual outputs....

So that is why we use a stereo to mono unit that I linked to in my earlier post..

I will evaluate hoe it works with the splitter next week on ps4.

I migth decide on getting that stereo to mono converter. before Brexit

Brilliant news @MarcoM, glad I could help out.

When I set up it was all a bit of a trial and error process... so if knowledge is shared it takes away the guessing / testing work.

Just remember DONT over drive them amps... keep the red LEDs as an occasional flash if you can only mate.
