I drove your Silvia Mafs, I have to say in handling, my NSX-R and holden's ASL did handle better. Your Silvia just hasn't got the power to understeer.

Building all the cars is so time consuming I'm not even sure I'll get to test everything... Worst case scenerio- I go on scores provided.
Best case scenerio- I go on my own testing combined with everyone's opinions.

I think if it does come to basing winners off points, I think my NSX and holden's ASL need another judging session, because they are tied for points... unless you want 2 touge monsters.

I think there should be a follow-up to cut the tie, but allowing both sides to pump out as much more power as they dare on the same suspension setup. But only if they can/want to. Then bring Snyp's Elise along. Fastest/best handling of the three takes the TM title.


I really don't care about the ribbing about my slow computer... I know it's slow, and I can't do squat.

As far as I know, nd 4 holden spd and Snyp are running full power as it is. My NSX-R has about 110 more horses to unlock so I think it'll be a case of my NSX-R vs Snyp's Elise in the fastest time race.

School, work, 2 5-month old twins, an aging grandfather, and dying aunt all send there thanks for you patient understand of my obligations outside of judging the tuning jobs many of you have already judged.

Oddly enough, I don't remember giving any sort of final standings (even if just point standings and not personal judgments) or "concluding" the event for that matter.

How about I just take all 3 to Nurb and score them based on handling alone for a no-holds barred final ?, as handling was the main focus for this entire event in the first place

I've got enough time to do that and maybe a few others in the next couple of days, after that I start packing for college and the phrase "free-time" is deleted from my vocab for a while

However, I have 2 cars over at MFT right now, and anxiously awaiting their return, they are top priority for me and my free time, once they come back I will stop testing to enjoy them as much as possible

Re: Nurburgring Battle. Of course I would lose too much on the straights, and my gears are very wrong for Nurburgring. Actually, Roj has already won if it's Nurburgring. We tuned for a smooth track relaitively, Snyp's and mine car is very light, we just won't handle those bumps as easily as an NSX.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I doubt I'll be able to commit to the test due to a just realized....uh....reality

When I made the offer, I had done it thinking I had the whole week before I start packing for college, as in all the rest of the week tues-sun, however, I've just been informed, I don't even have the weekend, or much of the week

Let me explain, before I leave, my family has been working hard to prepare me as much as possible, i.e. a new laptop, supplies, financial and moral support, but there's still much to get, cell phone, fridge, lock-box for personals and such, and we only have a week to do all that and more, including packing and moving, etc

And to meet time requirements, the family wants me packing asap instead of later on like we had originally planned, so basically, my week is gone to shopping, packing, and such as the decision has been made to move everything up time-wise

So a couple more day's of Internet access, very little GT4 as I will be packing my DFP as well, and then I'll disaper for a few days until I can work out the college's Wi-Fi

That and the the NSX-R iwas originally tuned to run at the Nurburgring (and Monaco). It might have gotten a bit stiffer since then but it'll still happily ride over bumps.
