By the way, about that video... meh for the song (the original version is infinitely better) and for the FD highlights (i was tired of see the same S13 over and over)... otherwise, what called me more atention was the exposition of street legal cars. In general there are some things that makes me kinda dislike most of these leagues:

- Mainstream treat on the sport.
- The enviroment and the sections with several cones and improvised barriers... ugly, dirty, confuse.
- In the end of the day, most of cars have similar engines, power band, grip ratios...

After already played on this track in another game and after realize that will be the main touge used on Initial D: 5th (its not drifting, no need to say), i started to research about videos showing events. I see more life in here than FD or another similar league.

You're guys insurance must be insane. I'm not sure how it actually works in Europe but here I have the choice to pay 6 months ahead or by each month. For my Ford bronco and Nissan Altima I pay $157 a month.
 
I was joking with the insurance fees... I was talking about the fees because they would get raised... Because a huge danger would roam the roads of GT5 :P (DA).

Here it's okay, the insurances i mean. Depends on the car :P ^^
 
$157 is not bad for being 24 with an accident on my record. Plus phoenix is the 3rd or 4th highest in auto theft. Plus you have to have to have under and uninsured on your policy because all the illegals.

insurance for a nice car in Trinidad sucks... my s15 is close to $500 (estimated after conversion) per year

you think 500 dollars a year is much? wow. Here I'd have to pay about £8,000 per year for a s15.

isnt 1€ like 2,2 Dollars? Which would double the costs, if you convert the currency, tbh xD Laws don't have anything with insurances as far as i know :P Different countries do, but i dont think the UK and mainland Europe have higher crime rates then Trinidad, or most of the USA, tbh ^^

1£ = $10 ttd
1€ = $8.2 ttd
 
I have a few Trinidad and Tobago dollar cents. Got them from my uncle, who once went to there.

Yeah, I wouldn't even get insured on a nicetaap like an S15. Even to get insured on a mk4 golf is like 3k in Ireland, so Have to take the back seats out and insure it as a commercial for about €800 per year.

And Irish insurance companies don't take kindly to any sort of fast car at all! Like in Britan you got sky insurance, we got nothing!

Edit: not to mention tax on a turbo "DIESEL" golf is about €700 per year.

10 dollars is between 6 and 8 pounds :).
@ Powell get a traders policy it's around 1000 for the year and you can drive almost any car depending on your age.
 
I think money is the only good thing in the US right about now. Anyway had fun drifting with you tonight monkey.
