Hey guys sorry I haven't been on as much lately, stress around the house have worked its way to the in game stress. Me and my wife opened up her, her own Salon and I've had to keep up with somethings around the house. Also I might have found a hidden for closed 3bedroom house for 40k. Going to take a look at it today, cross your fingers it's in good shape:) Nick, you going to have to hold the team down for a couple of days till I get things figured out k. Thanks.

Hey hyper no worries bro take care of yourself and family first we will be here when you get back. Congrats to you and your wife on her salon. Hopefully everything goes well with the house. My wife is doing okay still not able to move around much but getting there. Take care my brother be safe.

My mom opened up hers 8 years ago. And she still works everyday despite battling 5+ different cancers.

Thanks guys:) the house is a fixer upper but it's not that bad. Their asking 42k and were going to counter offer 36k. Tomorrow we are going to see if we can qualify for a 70k loan which we would only need about 15k to renovate and that leaves us with a bunch of money left over. After all is said and done this house is going to be worth 140k or more. Another cool note is the house actually is a 3 bedroom 2 bath over 1400 square feet and separate from the house is a two car garage and on top of that is an apartment:):):)$$$$$$$$$ wish us luck!

And slash, your mom inspires me. She is one tough cookie:) wish her and your family the best.

No doubt hyper hope everything goes well tomorrow i am rootin for ya. You and your are most def on the right track buying our first house is a plan we have for either next year or the following. Right now we live a 4 bedroom 2 bath very nice town house. Also dream i never forget about the potatoes thats what TDS is made of . Slash your mom is most def an inspirations to all of us. No matter what she goes through she still gets up and keeps going. Much much respect to your mom and you for be a loving son and a big support.

Thanks guys I will pass on the kind words. She tries to keep a posititive attitude about it. That's what keeps her going everyday.
