Hey guys had a lot of fun last night. Sucks it was pretty late for a lot of people to be online though. But yes had a good time.
 
I should be back to my normal routine starting tonight! Lots of cooking, drinking, and hanging out with friends and family over Thanksgiving..... Can't wait to tandem with my NEM brothas :D

wish we could make it but unfortunately most of us are on the west coast... so its 3 hours earlier from EST. :scared: maybe if our east coast team members are available, they might be able to make it through but we appreciate the invite to slide.

Well, after over a month of waiting for the restoration company to get the stuff together, my houseis finally getting renovated after the flood we had (stupid dishwasher!!). This means I'm going to be living in a hotel for a week or more, so I won't be able to log on at all. Hopefully this whole process doesn't take too long...hope to see you all soon :)

Our dishwasher flooded our house awhile back, we caught it soon enough thankfully. See you when you get back! 👍
 
Joined a random drift lobby yesterday. The second I joined multiple guys were like " No way in hell a team nemesis guy!?" "Prove it" ect ect. Let them know I'm inactive :(. I'm trying to make this nightslide though.

What the hell have you guys been doing haha.

damn twitch. sorry to hear of the bad news. such a tough break but hopefully time passes quickly for you J!
 
Waiting in line at a Wendy's drive through...nothing I'd rather be doing than drifting with my homies...guess it's back to the hotel room and crappy cable tv lol

sorry for the inactivity lately guys. im all over the place these days and with the holidays here, I'm hardly around to pick up the sticks & slide.

Also, I'm going to be in a new situation soon and will explain more to you guys once I get the official word but for now things are tentative. Things are all good.. nothing to worry about fam.

Sorry for the randomness, but i have to say, that is one clean, tidy and detailed opening post. Still haven't dropped into one of your rooms, but i have drifted with some of you guys, and the skill you have is amazing.

Yo guys who ever didn't figure this out yesterday, I was playing with an old friend (killerdabs) he hasn't drifted in about a year on gt5. Sorry for the newbie tracks. :lol:

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. So, it's looking like this house renovation is going to take a little longer than expected (gotta love how fast insurance companies get things done...cha, right), so I really have no idea when I'll be back in action. I'm hoping it'll only be another week, but it could be two :(

On a positive note, I was able to play some GT5 on the weekend (it's sooo boring playing offline compared to online lol). For fun, I started messing around with one of the premium Austin Martins (the big one, not the smaller V12 one). Just wanted to know what you guys think of this car...too "supercar-ish" (ie "too fast"), or no? I love the way that thing looks and sounds...plus, the James Bond in me smiles when I drive it lol.

That sucks twitch I hope things start to speed up for you man. As for the car i am not sure i haven't really tried drifting it, but if it is heavy I don't think it could be to fast into the corners. :dopey:

So I think I got a good chaser tune now it feels very much like my z34, nice and balanced and doesn't snap back very easily. thanks for the transmission tune Marc I suck at tuning them.

edit: yo Marc I am going to pm you the tune once I have time and you can tell me what you think about it or maybe how it could be improved. 👍👍

Yooo Twitch! Lameeeeeee, hopefully they can finish it up soon. I know how insurances can really delay things haha. That can be said for any type of insurance (health, auto, etc.) LOL. But hopefully everything is at least renovated and built correctly.

The DB9? I think is a pretty good drift car. It is just really HUGE and heavy lol. I think Meandog used to drift that last year but I haven't seen many use it lately. I'm sure with some testing and understanding of the car handling behavior, it can be set up to be competitive. To be honest, I think I've only driven that car like once or twice though ahha
