Ey guys, I might be MIA for a little longer. New laser didn't work, new drive didn't work, new ribbons/cables didnt work, system restore didn't work. I'm pretty sure the latest update pretty much bricked my ps3. This is pissing me off!! I'm missing all the competitions, meets, and most importantly you guys!! Hopefully my next paycheck will be fatty so I can get a new ps3 soon..

And OJ! Yeah forsure. When I get back, ill try to drift with you and pacman! Always good times

I think the GTR is perfect just the way it is Mean!! When you consider the car weighs under 1100 lbs and has over 540 hp - its perfectly balanced. It just needs to be tuned to its strengths... You won't win any drag races with it but it will hold its own against any of the "easy mode" cars... 👍

We were talking last night about putting a pool together to help you get a new PS3... :)

what do you mean "easy mode", i feel like the gtr is the easiest car i have ever drifted. I would still keep it in the 550 hp (or less) range, just with a super charger, I would like to see how it would drift then.
 
He means the drift cars that are naturally too fast in GT5 and are extremely easy to drift, no matter how crappy the tune is (ie: RX7, amuse s2k, zr1, etc.)

Haha I appreciate the offer and the help bros! But it's cool :) Thanks though!! I was so eager to finally drift last night but **** happens. Gamb,I'll give them a call but they're kinda located away from where I'm usually around. If anything, i'll just return the new drive I bought and get a new ps3. S'all good.

Lol I went through the whole system, but shiiit all bad. My homie said he'll let me borrow his ps3 during winter break so I'll be back sooooon

Edit: I'm drunk. Finish finals this week and i'm going HAM. See you guys soon hahahha

Thank you to everyone who participated in the session last night. it was GREAT to have most of you guys on the track. We had some soldiers not in attendance last night but we will be doing it again and you are NOT excluded from the next session.

Great sessions last night and an even better turn out. I can't wait to see what pictures come out of it! :sly:

Iv got some good pics outta yesterday, I sent them to E. I can't wait for this vid and the pics. Its going to be so sick!!!!!!
 
We would like to announce our newest member to the team: iPutWorkn

He caught our eye about a month ago and has proven to be a very competitive player in the GT5 drift scene. We feel he will be a great addition to our team!!

Yaa congrats Work! We'll have funn. And jef...just get on with us at night and play MW3 during the day. Thats what I do with Battlefield hah
 
Well guys, it will be one year tomorrow that Team NEMESIS was founded on GTPlanet. I personally think this is an incredible feat because of how many teams have come and gone during that time frame. We are still here and stronger than ever.

Even more amazing than this is that the core of the team is still here after all this time. We have added some amazing people to the team that have made us even better over this time frame as well. This does not have to do with skilled drifters coming to the team - that is the furthest thing from my mind because we can make anyone a good drifter. This has to do with people whose personalities blend with the team. I am still amazed at how we all cheer each other on, we are always pushing each other to be better, and everyone's devotion to the team itself. If it were not for you guys, I would have moved on from this game by now. But truth be told - you guys are what makes GT5 fun for me each and every day!

I had a vision for what I wanted and valued in a team and you guys did the rest. Consider this, when Marc's PS3 took a crap - we all volunteered to pitch in to help Marc get another one. That's amazing to me! That's what being a team is all about!

I'm lucky that you guys all share this vision. You guys are the one's who make this team what it is now - not me. Team NEMESIS is respected in the GT5 drift community because of you guys.

So thank you guys! :sly:
