Pretty ****ing sick man.

Thank you! At the very beginning I did like 4 consecutive spins down the entire straight, but the angle switched right in the middle totally ruining the awesomeness. I had to make up for it with a million more spins through out lol.

RUF YellowBird

This car was selceted from the RUF poll on the facebook page (you better have liked it already) as most votes to be made so here it is!. R-U-F-Yellowbird drift tune. Do I seriously have to say how awesome it is? Go, go try right now. I'll be waiting for your comments of praise.

Such a difficult car to tune for drifting, all it wanted to do was grip or understeer. But after alot of tweaking being required i have finally managed to make a decent drifter of it. It does just beg to be thrown into corners and rewards you by holding it just where you want it till you give it the order to change direction. its just alot of fun, and leaves me wondering if a change of tires is all that is needed to make a gymkhana toy out of it?

Everyone knows I hate making race cars into drifters because they are just too stiff and never turn out how I want. However I still try from time to time and certain times I get a car like this which transfers pretty well. There is a bunch of different versions of this car in the dealership and they are all identical so choose which ever one you like the best and this tune will work. They all look pretty cool in their own way.

Shmo, why your site down? You're my drifting saviour

Oh, and may I suggest a drift tune for the VW Schwimmwagen? 👍

Ugh this freaking site is always down. Driving me nuts now. I think someone suggested it already. I have so many request its gonna take forever to get them all done so don't expect it super soon. I'll work on getting the site up and running smoothly.

Good to see the site back up :) Don't feel like we're rushing you, just that I wanted to see something a little different from your regular drift car :dopey:

Ya I prefer to do more random cars just because it's funny but most people ask for typical drift cars. Eventually they will all get done tho. This site is still sketchy, slow, and may go down again however I got a smoother running one in the works soon.

Hey mate. Here's a random one Honda Odyssey 4WD. I've been working on it and it's not that bad. Try it. Better way of trolling drift lobbies than using an X1

Hello fellow drifters! I know you want drift tunes, but hate how my site is slow or offline and it totally ruins your day. Well that is all a thing of the past because I have changed servers and improved the speed dramatically. Best part is all old links now link right away to the new site. If for any reason something goes wrong just add a - between teamshmo in the url (http://www.team-shmo.com/ new url). A couple changes that were made is you now click manufactures to get a list rather than the drop down, the search bar actually works now, and finally a brand new comment system. Unfortunately all the old comments have been deleted so please comment on your favorite tunes again.

^Just checked it out; not too shabby. Very nice, love the new features

Thanks. I know it basically looks identical to before but a couple new things and the main thing is speed. I had so many complaints about it being so slow or totally down and I know how annoying that is so something had to be done.

Hi shmogt!
Im locking forward to test your drift tunes. Im new on drifting and i am using a Logitech Force GT wheel. Are your drift tunes for a ps3 controller or a weel? Do the settings get any different with a wheel instead of a controller?

Thx for your help and keep up the god work

Thanks for checking my stuff and welcome to the world of drifting. I personally use a controller to drift only because I like to sit on my fancy couch rather than a crummy chair which is what I would have to to use a wheel. All tunes will work either way just depends on you the driver. For example some cars may be too drifty for you and you spin out easier if you use a wheel. An easy solve is just use less gas. I would start with an Easier car like the BMW M3 or something medium power range as it shouldn't get too crazy to control. Just practise for a while and if you're not getting it maybe try a new car certain cars fit certain people better.

Can I request a drift tune for the RE Amemiya AsparaDrink RX7? I've been using the RE Amemiya FD3S and thought I'd buy a new one for a new look and the AsparaDrink one looks cool and is begging to be taken sideways! haha
Shmo, is your PSN friends list full? it'd be nice to learn from someone good - my best on Tsukuba is only 23,510 in a Mazda RX-7 FC '90.

I've got some old and new videos on youtube, too:

Ya I was planning on doing it or possible the blue one. Had a lot to do recently so haven't got to make many tunes. Should be starting putting some up later today or tomorrow. There is still quite a bit ahead tho.

My PSN is always full. I usually try to delete someone so I can add other people, but the second I do someone request right away. Only way to get on it now is when I hold a contest on facebook to give away things and if you win you get added since I have to send you the prize. I will check your videos out soon.

I've got a tune for the blue one (FD3S) done by TwinTurboCH, if you know him? I also have a drift setup for the AEM S2000, which I find to be great on Tsukuba and Suzuka - I don't know how it'd be on other tracks or for other users. it's no rush, anyway... I've set it up enough to drift for now but I can't quite get it right, how I want it. it seems to want to straighten up too much. Although, to be honest, I only spent about 30-40 minutes doing a lap on Tsukuba, quitting, changing a little bit then restarting a lap, then I went off to make some food.

So is mine (unless someone I haven't played with for ages deletes me) but I have privacy settings on anyway because I get a lot of adds from my youtube channel. Don't worry about it though, I know how it feels to have a full list and all these people wanting to add you. I've always had the rule that, unless I've played with someone and we have a good time, I don't add them. No exceptions. haha
Well, I'll keep an eye out on here for whenever a yellow Amemiya tune comes up! Cheers 👍

Ok first lets all have a laugh that this car has 8 gears lol. It's just so many. For racing it will probably be more helpfull, but for drifting it makes it 10x harder. I set the transmission so the gears shouldn't be a problem but it took a while to figure out. It was tricky as first to drift but after a couple laps it's not that hard at all. Basically like any other car as long as you don't go switching into the super high gears all teh time. I owned this car for a very long time and I only noticed that it had the cut in the front side as I was making this tune lol.

I watched all your videos and saw you in those cars. Looked pretty good but if you want bigger drifts make sure to enter from the far side, get close to the middle, than exit on the other far side. Also the straights focus on going in a straight line but keeping it sideways the whole time. You will add like 3000 more just by drifting the straights better.

Yeah, I do try to keep close to the apex and exit wide, just like the racing line... none of those videos are that good though. the S13, FD3S and AEM S2000 were literally when I'd just started drifting. The FC3S is my most recent video, but that one was while I was still tuning it, so I was getting used to it and still making slight modifications. I'm trying to get a Toyota Corolla Levin AE86 now, saw some japanese guys in them earlier and really want some more JDM cars but less Mazdas. haha

Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02

Ok first I have to say thanks to all my facebook fans for following me you already got this tune a loooong time ago. To the rest of you here it is!

At long last here it is. The car that started it all. This car single handedly is responsible for everything you see in the drift section. It was my first drift car that I actually got the hang of and learned to love the art of drift. I have been asked for this tune for literally a year now and it has been the most requested car I have ever had. When I first started I had someones quick tune on it with small edits and sports hard tires. I have edited it quite a bit since than to take it from that easy drifter to a all out monster of cars. This Mazda RX-7 drifter is extreme and I wouldn't have it any other way. Some of you may find the tune a little too aggresive, but that's pretty easy to solve by using less gas. Online months ago I was spinning a lot more than usual so this may happen to you just watch your gas. I tried it more recently and it feels pretty much the same as offline now. I am not sure if one of the GT5 updates changed the physics of online a little or what, but I'm not complaining lol. I have some of the best control with this car and can adjust mid drift to get a little closer or farther to any corner I am going around. I obviously have had lots of practise with this car, but I am sure you will be able to do the same once you put a few laps in.

Thanks ,you mean get your tunes on my site?

Not exactly I got thread from a former web page called "the gaming tech" but sadly it was deleted, luckly I got the copy of the entire thread, but before I made a copy of it I requested permission to have it in the case that might get deleted, the guy granted me to copy and it has some drift tunes of some cars that are not on your website

So you would like to give me them? How many, what cars, and do they have pictures?
