Test Drive Unlimited 2 GTPlanet Club

Okay here it goes! Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be released this Friday 11th in the EU Region this February 2011! At long last the Eden have released the Long Awaited Test Drive Unlimited 2 Across PS3 & Xbox 360 & PC.

Since I've received the Game early this week I thought i'd create the Unofficial Test Drive Unlimited 2 GTPlanet Club Page for the Playstation 3 Format. I've just created the Club and I beleive once everyones receives the Game and starts playing it the club will grow bigger and better for all the users to meet up, race, cruise or whatever they feel free in doing to join the GTPlanet Community online racing together.

I've decided to make the Playstation 3 Club so the Xbox 360 Club Admin may wish to make one aswell if there is not one existent already.

Any questions about the Club, Members, Racing Meetups can be discussed here and Online in Test Drive Unlimited 2.

Just a small note! At the moment the Max number of Members to the club are 8 Members. We need to raise $5.000.000 to Upgrade the Club to a 16 Member threshhold Devotee Club and the to the Goal of a 32 Member threshold Expert Club which will open up 4 Garage Spaces and extend the Clubs Size dramatically!

Indeed I wonder what the publics review will be about the Game. At first when playing the game for the first couple of hours the Handling System frustrated me masively as I was so used to TDU Handling, But it'll grow on you quicker than you think!

There may indeed be a club for the 360 Version but I wont be the creator for the club as I dont have the 360 Version

Well, Eden did say that they have a completely new handling system. It has the same engine as TDU1, it's just been tweaked a bit.

Indeed, you can do Burnout's alot easier from Standstill, Drifting around corners can be rewarding if you do it right otherwise you'll just spin out depending on the car you start on

In any case, I'm more of a offline player /island explorer, so that's where I'll spend most time, at least in the first days/weeks.

I think I figured it out, but I for some reason can't connect to the TDU servers so it won't let me.

On the south west side of the map(It's at the end of a road) there is a building that when you pull up it says "create or join a club here" but the above problem prevents that.

Edit: I couldn't find the club so I made a new one called GTP.

Well my source was EB Games, they called me and told me that. They did receive the 360 version, but not the PS3 version. I called other EB Games, they all gave me the same story, called other stores and they all had the 360 version nobody had the PS3 version including walmart.

I also checked on the test drive unlimited 2 forums and there were some posts saying that Canada has been delayed until Thursday, same story I received from EB Games. The posts were from Ontario, I'm on the east coast and they were given the exact same answer.

EB Games called me this morning and said their copies came in today, so try your retailers again.
