Their number one export according to the 2003 World Almanac is agricultural products. Their number one agricultural product is rice, followed by corn, potatoes, soybeans, cattle, pig, pork, and eggs. One of their top imports is grain. Koreans aren't as oppressed as you've been lead to believe.
This doesn't mean a thing. So if they export a ton of rice and 500 lbs of potatoes then their number one export is rice. How much rice did they export? Was it any meaningful amount? And you still didn't answer: If they are exporting food why does most of the world give them food?

Um... what? I don't care at all HOW MUCH rice they have, but somebody said that they don't have any, and that solidly disproves it.

And I don't know, care, or pretend to do either concerning why the world gives Korea food.
