All the photos are real, and from that airshow. Thanks for the video by the way, loved it! 👍

Some more shots from that display:

So graceful

Oh oh oh! That's from the Farnborough show. I was there!

I find it interesting Boeing have parted from the usual double slotted fowler trailing edge flaps to a single fowler flap design.

They obviously achieved the aerodynamics effects that they want with a single flap. It probably comes down to cost and reliability though. A single flap system is inherently less complex, so is probably cheaper and more reliable.

Yeah it probably works well with their new supercritical wing design, the part I find amusing is Boeing rivals have been using single fowler flap designs for many years before hand (like Mcdonnell Douglas) and now Boeing is going that way. Probably found a solution now with their wing designs to make it effective enough to adapt, and yeah it has to be cheaper to make and maintain which airlines love.

Or maybe it is the Mcdonnell Douglas influence as this is the first 'blank sheet' all new aircraft since Boeing aquired Mcdonnell Douglas.

I missed the 787 discussion but you guys need to check out the A380 doing a display, that big mutha shifts around the air like crazy. The A400M is impressive for the size too.

Any pics or videos? I would have loved to be there.

As much as it pains me to do so, I do have to admit the A380's agility for its size was very impressive. I watched most of the A380 flying display and I was surprised with how hard it banked and climbed after the touch-and-go it performed.

I have tons of photos and a short video of the Eurofighter Typhoon on my camera. I will post them online later when I have a way to get them off my SD car and onto a computer.

It's truly amazing what an airliner can do when it's empty. The first time I saw a commercial jet do stuff similar to that in person I turned to my dad (an airline pilot) in disbelief, and he simply said "Yep, they can do that".

I'd love to see that! Going to any one of those bigger airshows in Europe is on my bucket list.

What they forgot to color was the glass and petrol in the pump, and also the windows.

Just found this thread and I'm not through it yet, want to contribute anyway, so I apologize in advance if there are any reposts (probably will be)
If I have any information on the photos I post, I'll share them, but some I just found on the interwebz without any context.
