It is AN Ekranoplan (not THE Ekranoplan).

That one was nicknamed the Caspian Sea Monster.

They fly over water using ground effect.
 
There are some really neat photos of another variant of Ekranoplan here at a dry dock. Same concept, just a few differences in the shape. They got tons of detail shots of the thing that you guys will probably love.

Eh, about the only thing that might be off is the color of the water. Sand and trees tend to look more or less the same everywhere, so the picture's probably pretty accurate.
 
As I did before I'll point out that the black smudge on the right of the stem of the mushroom is actually a battleship!! :eek:
