Maybe for the co-pilot, but the guy behind him looks like he's going to troll him any moment

That guy looks like a gunner not a pilot. Though I could be mistaken.

I was thinking the same. The source said otherwise but I'll assume they were wrong.

Do you have a link to the pictures?

Link

Looking at it again, I can't really tell if they're part of the same group of buildings, but I'm willing to believe they are. I reverse searched the image that was posted in this thread as well, but no location was given.

Woah!

I hope these are no reposts..

Cool to look at, yet creepy at the same time.

Wow, those are awesome! 👍

Ant with microchip is just brilliant, and the cauliflower looks like a fractal. Also, the cigarette paper one really blew my mind. What the hell are those crystal-like things on it? :scared:

No idea, don't have the time to find out, will do later on if nobody else did :D

Found a creepy one, but still really really cool:

What you are looking at, is a female black bean aphid with babies on board. :dunce:

All of those images are photoshopped to some extent as they are electron microscope (not sure if TEM or SEM) images I think which produce black and white images.

The ant with microchip looks like it's 100% photoshopped.

Still, amazing. Awesome post there, Carlos!

Thanks! :D

Awww really? :ouch: :nervous: I thought they were SEM but didn't know the originals were black and white. That kills it :indiff: But they are PS'ed to their real colors or..?

Yeah SEM and TEM produce black and white images. I'd assume they are all done to proper colours, although I'm not sure about the colour of a silicone ROM chip

This one is kinda different, however to me it is incredibly amazing. Last month I flew home from New York to London heathrow and while across england we flew down the m3 the whole way, I live just off the M3, and thus knew it was just a waiting game until I saw my village, and sure enough about 20mins from landing it drifted bellow, and I took the bellow picture with my house circled in red. To me this is quite amazing to see where you live everyday from above, and out the window of a commercial 747 aswell.

I also saw the Mclaren Factory aswell on the approach, however was told to put my phone away before then. :(

How go you get out of there? Does it have an on/off switch? Doesn't that attract too much attention to your house?

Lots of attention yes, however the neighbors can't do anything cause its like a big laser fence.
