I hate to ask, but what shadowy triangle? This (the shadowy triangle right in the middle) is the ~4,000m tall volcano on Tenerife, as photographed from 110 nautical miles away. The main reason I think it is cool? I took it by holding my phone to the eyepiece of a pair of binoculars.
I believe it be this:I hate to ask, but what shadowy triangle?
Yep, that's it. We were amazed that we could see it. 100% certain it is the mountain though - a modern ship's bridge is a pretty good place with regard to knowing exactly what is in exactly which direction, and how far away it is.I believe it be this:<snip>
No shame in not seeing it - there were people on the bridge with binoculars who took a while.I hate to ask, but what shadowy triangle?
