First of all you also showed some nice pics. The Singer is awesome!
I guess you use Content Manager together with CSP (Custom Shader Patch). In the CSP settings there is a tab NICE SCREENSHOTS.
You can play around with some sliders. Tbh I have not changed anything but my pics do not have that track bluriness that much.
All my screenshots are directly from Assetto Corsa via F8 after I paused the replay.

Alternatively you can use the F5 cam with the orbit effect deactivated aligned with the new photo app Ilja has introduced since CSP 1.51.

Yep Ilja's new photo mode makes it easy to make stunning photorealistic pictures.

its a shame that you cant get proper pics with blur with free camera... but well.... with f5 camera kinda works
