w00t!

Shan't rub it in..too much! :P

Venger, eats your own words mate. You just openly admitted you haven't got a chance of winning the league (ok so well all knew it, but you aren't supposed to say it!)

Oh and today I almost punched my radio. Apparentley Souness said Bellamey wasn't playing well enough and scoring enough goals!

 :banghead: Is this guy stupid!!?!?!?!? He was playing Bellamey in teh wrong ******g position!!! A55|-|0|_3

If you're a good player, there are no wrong positions ;) You should do your job for the team no matter where you are placed, Bellamy has learnt the hard way that no player is irreplaceable.

I've got no sympathy for the guy, on their wages, they've got no right to be moaning. Take a look at Scholes, he just quietly goes about his business, never complains, doesn't create headlines, just does his job...total professional 👍

Sorry but I'll completely disagree with you on that. Would you expect Ruud V.N to play well in defence? For Tim Howard to be a star striker? No I didn't think so.

It was mainly the 'not scoring enough goals' comment that got to me. How can you expect him to score goals when playing wide on the right? It's rediculous.

Yeah but is Scholes ever gonna start an argument and expect to come out on top!? They guy is like 5ft 7. And being a central midfielder he goes everywhere anyway.

 Ok with the exception of goalkeepers, although they do score the odd goal (and take penalties ;))

Giggs plays wide on the right and left, so does Ronaldo. It doesn't stop them scoring. Ruud plays a holding role behind Rooney when he is fit, I'm sure he would prefer to be the guy up front.
The players don't know better than the manager, if Bellamy is picked on the right, it's because Souness must think he has got defensive skills and requires him to track back. Football is a team game, there is no room (in my opinion) for Prima Donna's.

Do you remember when Forlan sulked after he was subbed early in a game...he walked straight towards the tunnel...Fergie called him back and tongue lashed him. He has never played for Utd since!

Di Canio..pain in the butt! They usually end up annoying their own team mates.

Even if you are right, and Bellamy was wasted on the right, it's the public accusation that got him the chop. He should have known better, some players just want to talk themselves into trouble, like Rooney, he was well lucky last night not to get sent off.

Dr Kenny Deuchar plays for Gretna and is the top scoring player in Europe. He gave up doctor-ing to play for Gretna

His chairman gave him the use of his Aston Martin Vanquish for a week 'cos he scored a hat trick

Gretna are scoring loadsa goals but Peterhead are chasing hard and may even pip them to the 3rd division title.

EDIT: We're doomed! Rangers just beat United 7-1 in the other semi. Sorry, in football parlance, that's 7 (seven) - 1.

Totally agree 👍

Could that be Kenneth Deuchar, who plays for Gretna....He gave up doctor-ing to play for Gretna

Thats the one 👍

Oh no. Does that mean Cygan is going to be playing more. Our title hopes really are over now :(

You never know, if he get's a long enough period in the team he may just settle right in. The funny thing is that you do have some young tallent in the CB area, I don't understand why it's so underused.

UEFA unveil homegrown rules!

Clubs playing in Europe from 2006 must include at least four home grown players...

Clubs most noticeably affected...Arsenal and Chelsea

Good old Fergus and his youth program ;)

quatre deux ;) It doesn't have the same ring to it as the famous song about a certain German match.

Thats seven games without a goal for him...serious drought!

I was speaking to a French girl yesterday and she was telling me that he is not that popular in France at the moment, because he did that English advert "Va Va Voom" She was saying it was like a betrayal. It's just not going well for him

The Neville vs Vierra tunnel row, before the Man Utd - Arsenal match

Tunnel Row

The best bit is the totally evil look Neville gives as he is shaking Vierra's hand...can you feel the love

Of course good old Keane is always there to calm things down.

Man I feel sorry for the parents of that kid. He probably doubled his vocab.

Pretty good footage and the hand shake was great

Oh well its not even half time and Arsenal are 3-0 up against Villa.

Henry missed a sitter then scored a beauty. Coles goal was pure class, from the sweeping move to the finish. I think Arsenal might just hold on to take the three points

Here's something that might shake things up at the top. There is an investigation into Chelsea's talks with Ashley Cole, as they might have broken the rules of approaching a player under contract. Maximum penalty could be a 10 point deduction!!!

:grumpy: You trying to be funny.

I'd actually prefer for Chelfy to win the league, than for them to have points deducted. Thats because i don't want those Red devils to catch up. :sly:

Romedahl (sp) was quite impressive for Charlton yesterday. Did anyone see candidates for goal of the month for January on Match of the day last night?

Living in Portsmouth, I'm not not Scumhampton's biggest fan...oops I mean Southampton ;)

So to see Everton equalise in stoppage time was pure joy :D

Southampton 2 - 2 Everton

Any other club Harry...I mean ANY other club...oh well good luck in the Championship next season :)

Edit: Go Man City 👍 They fought so hard for that point against Chelsea, and what a save by David James!

Could this be the first sign of a blip in the invincible Chelski goal scoring machine...come on you Reds! There is still hope :)

How could you expect Chelski to win? Their defenders never to a clear sight on goal to score :P

Yor defenders tend to score more then your forwards, ergo, mark the defenders out of the game and there will be no goals 👍

The thing is we werent toothless, we had lots of chances but either messed them up or Super James saved them. I thought Lampard was going to score right at the end but james freakin saved it.
