He's only the assistant manager 👍 and ex-Real Madrid manager. And ex SA manager 👎

How about swapping Venger for Sven, i'm sure somehow he could pass Henry off for an Englishman.

Venger: And here is the newest England striker Terry Henry!
Ashley Cole: Isn't that Thierry Henry?
Venger: I DID NOT HEAR THAT!

I think that would only work if there were some hot secretaries at Highbury to make sven feel at home.

No need to be spiteful. ;)

True, I can't hate west ham because then i'd be hating allot of the England squad. The amount of great players they have produced over the years. 👍

We should think about becoming a feeder club to the big teams, like Ajax.

Eh, the whole dutch league is a feeder club. I'd say Italian or Spanish, although it's doubtfull. I mean you look at our league and you see players from all over the world and then you look at the other leagues and you barely see any Players from UK/Ireland, obviously we aren't doing things the right way. I think these new UEFA rules will change English football for the better I hope. It should level the playing field somewhat every team having to have a certain amount of homegrown tallent in the squad.

Overated is Rooney. Yes he scores great goals, but not frequently enough. He'll score two in a game, then none for a few.

Oh, and sorry to double-post, but this from www1.sbs.com.au, a popular soccer site:

"Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has earmarked the club's classy teenage duo, Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo, as the men to lead the Red Devils into another golden era.

The English and Portuguese youngsters have hit form for United in recent weeks, backing up the likes of Ferdinand, Roy Keane, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs in making the Old Trafford outfit among the most in form in the Premiership.

The duo have also been scoring goals, with nine between them in the last seven games."

Bloody Everton, they love putting up a fight.

Everton defended well. How about Cahill headbutting Gallas?!

You mean Beattie, I think he was out of order but Gallas clearly didn't fall over because of it.

Man I remember seeing Cahill when he played for Millwall in the FA cup final against Man U. They did say he's probably end up playing for a Prem team.

Oh yeah, Liverpool = owned for all their fancy Spanish ness, Heskey looked awesome.

Yeah, Heskey that guy I thought i'd never say that.

Ps, Come on Man City in the Manchester Derby tommorow. You know you want to help us out!

What, everyone city fans around here. Come on, Man U win the derby and no comment about it. Still 9 points behind Chelsea though 👎.

Well it was a pretty lucky win, I don't want to brag ;)
One beautiful move, set up the veteran Keane's reverse pass (retires next year) but a fortunate deflected goal by Rooney at the near post.
The second goal was an own goal by the same defender that helped Rooney with the first...I think it was Dunn..not sure...he was playing great, and has had a great run in defence, I did feel sorry for him, and Keegan.

It was a close match, and 2-0 flatters us, City's defence was quality (apart from the mistakes :)) they protected David James all game.

Oh well pressures on for Arsenal tomorrow, if they can still be bothered

Yep it was Richard Dunn, I wouldn't have called it a close match, City didn't deserve to win, a mate of mine wh's a city fan eevn said you wouldn't have thought they were playing at home. They were far too defensive and I'm glad we punished them for that since it's not attractive football. Their defence was only good because they had everyone back. Other than that I don't feel United played particularly well compared to recent form, but thats the difference, we got the goals, McMannamen missed from 2 feet.

Well they defended their little hearts out, but a little lack of concentration and bang! United are 1 up, the second goal was a gift.

Oh yes..and Fowler missed from the six yard line, Ok the ball was a little behind him, but...

I saw the Liverpool game. Been a tough few week for old Benetiz. Pandiano looks useful though.

Haha, nicely summed up. I just watched all of the highlights. Saw the own-goal. I still think Regina's (sp?) own-goal for Milan was worse. Seedorff put in a very slow, harmless through-ball for Milan, which would've went straight to the keeper with no trouble, but one of the Regina defenders had to try and clear it, and ended up popping it over the keepers head.

Owned.

By the way, Bolton vs Middlesborough was a good game. Schwarzer played a very good game, stopping everything that came at him.

Haha, I like that Moantoya chirp about Rooney.

Pennant looked good for Birmingham, and then went and swore his mothers face off at the ref for awarding a freekick against him.

Stupid Man City, missing two sitters and then scoring two own goals. Well not two, but it was still sortof an own goal.

The intended own goal well the one by Dunne(SP) was an excellent goal. Hands down the best goal of the match. The keeper was seriously lobbed.

I just thought I'd let you all know I didn't cut off my testicles. I just got bored with GTP. (Shock Horror!)

So, what about Hitzlsperger's strike? 👍

Hitzlsperger is awesome, thank god we'll be seeing him for a while since he's renewed his contract.

Ps, you need a better manager seriously Souness sucks so much. Even with the players you have now you should be doing better than 12 spot. And he manages to oust your most promising striker (however much of a wanker he is) to Celtic.

Oh great.

Bellamy is nothing exept fast, other than that he's nothing special.

Yeah, but apart from Shearer whos retiring and Kluivert who is good but he doesn't seem very comitted to Newcastle. And Ameobi who is ok, so Bellamy would be their best striker.

Hmmm, maybe he should have bought Boa Morte from Fullham.

Hmm yeah I can agree with that, but that doesn't make him a particularly good player.
