I hope many people will enter ([B
there are still 2 weeks to go[/B]), and I wish that people who are not really often into our competitions but who are quite active here can give it a go, for GTPlanet!

Yep, to be honest, I have to restrict myself the livery creations. When you created more than 800 liveries, you realize you are close to 1000 max.
So, I restrict liveries each cars (only classic cars unlimited). Now I'm under 500 liveries, lot of places to other gtsport cars updated.

To me, GT Sport is a competition game, but I'm not. Livery editor (and pictures) is the only way to take my time, so if I'm pushed into a competition...

But, the possibility to participate with an "ever created" livery is ok.

Been on a bit of a Retro/modern drive recently.... but I can have a play in a few days time when I’m back at home

Still wait for Super Formula car :scared: while I have idea on other car too
Update on this: yea I already done the GT version but really need sure for SF can be paintable or not, if not then I'll post the GT but if yes I'll make SF version

for GT version you can see on my library for now.

FINAL ENTRY
I think the livery came out well, though it did take a bit of tweaking with certain decals.

What should I say then? :dopey:

Well, in fact I see this round more like a tribute to our beloved website than a real competition.

I'm also proud to announce that @Jordan has accepted to be our final judge like the previous round. The poll will decide the three finalist cars, and he will have to make the (difficult) choice of the winner!

Good luck everyone !!

I think I'll wait for the next one

I had an epic idea for this theme, but absolutely no time whatsoever to even begin on what would be required, so I'm throwing it out to anyone that fancies the challenge:

Effectively a stock painted car at the front with number plates that fades into a white line drawing of the livery (bit like a blueprint) finally fading into the finished livery at the rear.

Aw man, I feel flattered by this.

However, I also feel I can't take part in these contests because I don't really do original liveries, just replicas. I struggle to come up with original designs, which is why I use designs that already exist as a way to experiment with the livery editor, to challenge myself to recreate such designs.

But hey, there's a first time for everything so I'll have to consider it.

i'm definitely on a bit more of a minimal trip with my liveries lately. i'm really enjoying the latest comps. thanks everyone for taking time to check my entries out, it's great to see some of you following when i log in to GTS to run my dailies. hopefully you guys dig my tribute to this site.

FINAL ENTRY

GT Planet Ferrari 458 Italia Gr.4. The idea behind this was for a simplistic design that was instantly recognizable and could be used in multiple or infinite colours, taking inspiration from former GT masters like the RX7 and S2000 which came in many bold colours but used a simple, memorble livery. The idea with this design is simple; use any colour as its base yet the rest will remain the same and because it's black and white will always work. As such, a team can be formed! The 3 shown are just the beginning. Soon i will add further chrome variants, fluorescents, matts, liquids, colour change and every other type of special colour. This is a simple livery that can take advantage of every special colour and give every driver a unique race car!

Question, I'm busy with a livery for this bonus competition and it's possibly also a good livery for the VW Funcup thread I opened a few weeks ago.

Is it okay to make a livery for this competition (first) and add it later to the Funcup thread ?! :D

Edit : So it won't be a surprise which car I used

You do whatever you want with your own livery?

CARS :
- No Restrictions.

LIVERIES :
- No Restrictions

UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS :
- The main sponsor of the livery must be GTPlanet.
Question : can I do a "Road Version" livery or must I just do a Race one with different sponsors (and GTP the main one ?

I'm probably not gonna win lots of votes but I wanted to do a simple thing like I like to do, a kind of special edition of the car I choose.

So there will be GT Planet decals but not really like a sponsor.
I don't know if I'm clear.
