Congrats to Josh again you are a really good racer, sorry for the spin Jav you had really good race pace and would have taken me easy if not for me putting you off so my apology,
Congrats to all that turned up today well done guys,PS i wish i did a 1.08 on lap 34.lol it was in the practise session, see you all next week guys :)

Finally a podium finish! Hopefully my name will be fixed in the rankings once the leaderboard is updated.

Jason, I am really sorry for the contact. I was spinning and ended up in the middle of the track and taking you out. I'm sorry man, totally my fault. Sorry.

Darren, sorry for that tap. I saw you start to spin and tried to avoid you but we where too close at that point. Thankfully it didn't cause any damage to any of us.

Finally a podium finish! Hopefully my name will be fixed in the rankings once the leaderboard is updated.

Congratz to you too! Consistency is paying up big time for you! I'll get your name right this time! Promise!

Congrats to Josh on another victory. A excellent race from Aaron in the 99 car as well.

thanks Darren, I got in the dirt on lap 1 and I hope I didn't hit you as I spun across in front of you, that was close.
And Simon, I had quite a few close calls right around you in practice and the race
and Congrats to Josh.

Nope, you didn't hit me. A car in front of me, Jason I think, spun out and I over reacted and into the rhubarb I went, that's when you passed me and I never seen you the rest of the race.

Not your fault at all Jav, I got loose their and wiggled in front of you, if anything you helped straighten me out. :)

Good job Jose

Thanks guys.

What a strange start. First I forgot to put the car in gear so when the lights when green i went nowhere . Then on lap four, the two cars in front of me (Jav (P2) and Mark (P1)) went off at T1, ultimately collecting Jason (P4) before the dust settled. Both Jav and Mark had really great pace, so the battle up front would have been tough. I got a bit lucky this time I think.

I was planning to put only 66 L of fuel in, but when I saw Jav's post saying 18.6 gallons (which is about 77 L) I decided increase my load one notch to 70 L for the race. Good thing I did because I only had 2 laps of fuel left at the end and that was after about 8 laps of running very slowly to save fuel. If Mark hadn't gone off on lap 4 I wouldn't have had enough of a gap to save enough fuel to finish the race in front of him. Next time I'll have to look more carefully at my fuel.

Fun race. See you all at Slime Rock!

Thanks Jav and left. I had fun... If it wasn't for this series I wouldn't feel as comfortable as I feel in the Caddy. That's not to say I'm a good driver, but when I remember my experiences first driving it, well...

Sorry guys, I tried to awake, but I was so tired after the day, so I couldn't wait the start. Hope next time I'll be on the track

Well done to Josh on the win 👍 And a big thanks to Jav for hosting :)

A disastrous session for me; three self-inflicted offs resulted in too much damage to continue and left me spectating from the pit-lane. Disappointed, as I set a PB during the race and had lots of clean laps in various practice sessions. I'm just really struggling to be consistant :(

Oh well, let's move on! See you guys at the next one 👍

One more thing: did I read somewhere that we're not using the chicanes at Lime Rock?

Yes, we will be using the full track, the picture on post 3 is the wrong one.

Sorry i wasn't there guys hope you guys had a great race, i ordered a G27 in the meantime to replace my DFGT :), a bit off-topic but is it a good choice and are the brake and gas pedal more stiffer?

It definitely is a great choice, if I where you I'd get a nixim mod for your brake pedal. Pretty cheap and makes it a lot better!

I love his videos. And I think iRacing slow mo videos are

I would've been at the race, but my Grand Am Premier race at 12 yesterday didn't go as planned. So I did the 6pm race also and that one didn't go as planned either.🤬 Not a good day for me in the Riley. Not a huge fan of the Riley at Mid Ohio.

Anyway, hope I can make this weekends race.:)

the first one I saw was his GT1 battle at the glen, I ended up subscribing to his channel, the Cadillac @ Twin ring is a really good one:drool:, I wonder if he posted a video for the contest. And Jav, didn't you do a Patron C6R? I saw one in one of his videos
