We all have that car from our past. The one that wish we hadn’t gotten rid of. I think about it every once in a while. Would love to hear other people’s experiences as well.

Now onto the car that I stupidly let go of. In late December 2018, I purchased a 2008 Acura TSX 6-speed manual. It was purchased after a got a job driving and figured the E39 530i I had was starting to demand more attention than I could afford. The Acura had everything, even the mid-2000s navigation system. I absolutely loved the way the K24 revved to 8500 so freely and how much of an occasion it felt to drive. I put Tein coilovers on it shortly after I bought it and bought the JDM taillights so I could have amber turn indicators instead on the red US ones. I had the TSX paid off for a month before I was rear ended at a stoplight by a Touareg. Every time I see one now, I wish it had not been totaled.

And now some photos

How it ended.:(

Always wanted a TSX back when they first came out. Bought other Hondas instead. Took me 19 years and a move to Australia to finally own one today. ;)

Why, man? Why why why make this thread? 😭

I shouldn't have sold all the cars I bought. Probably my 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass 'S' w/455 12-bolt rear, column shift and bench seats hurts the most. Sold it when I moved to Australia and then found out one of my brother's-in-law could have imported it for me through the company he worked for. :(

Volvo C30 R-Design with the Polestar tune on it. I absolutely loved it but it was so impractical for where I lived at the time since it couldn't drive in snow:

I also really miss my Tacoma that I had too, but it didn't make sense to try to cart a newborn baby around in it.
