Count me in please, mine is in Platnium Silver. Now to find out which is the best tune for Nordschleife (it is the full ring isn't it? Or is it the 24hr track, title is a bit confusing).

Also, will there be voice chat allowed/used before or during the race?

Conza, it's the 24hr layout.

If the race goes ahead this Sunday morning from 9am AEDT, it may have to be shortened as I will be at a mate's place then I have to get home before going out at 12 latest.

Excellent, found it, have to say though, the standard tune for the Caterham isn't that flash for this track, its fine for the added on segment, but when it comes to the start of the actual nurburgring, its downhill from there! Will need to find a good enough tune for sure.

Yea, it's standard tune isn't great for The Ring.
I've done about 10 laps so far tuning the car. It feels quiet nice at the moment but I am no pro at tuning, some of the guys here could probably do better.

I managed 10:30 with about 3 decent crashes, so I'm going to guess 9 minutes would be a 'good' time, a reasonable time might be 9:30ish, depends on your tune, but with these cars, there is a maximum somewhere (like with every car I guess).

I did a 10:17 on race mediums, 12% wetness, with a few errors. I think I could do about 9:30 or 9:45 if I didn't mess up, on softs.

I disagree, I think 4-5 laps (say 5-6 including the warm up lap) would be better, could possibly fit in the whole affair within an hour, rather than rounding up to two.

Doesn't bother me too much, but it will mean a late lunch at 1pm-1:30pm if that's when we finish (AEDT).

I'm down with either, but Seido gets to make the call as the host, especially if he has time constraints. We can always do a longer one later, since this seems to be (hopefully) turning into a series. The first race was tough and I really did myself in (I'm my own worst enemy!), but it was still really fun.

After the last 7 race we did I wanted this one to be a longer, more testing race, longer race time of around 2hrs more like an actual enduro, 1hr is just a normal or short of usual real life race length.
I have to shorten this race as I have to go out Sunday morning here. I would be happy to run a 2-3hr race. Haven't done one of them for a while.

We can start the race 30-60 mins earlier or shorten it. If shortened, 7 race laps and 1 warm up lap.

Unless we have an earlier start, I may not be able to finish the race, as I've just realized that this may intersect with a league race I have to do. Just an hour earlier, and I'd definitely be able to finish the race. 👍

Important update! the rolling start line has now changed from the split sector at the start of the back straight to the split sector at the end of the straight. This will allow us to get into our Q positions and line up properly.
