NO-TUNE 1st go
Had a quick go and O my god! How bad is this car? Great for drifting.
Definitely need good throttle control.

This is why I love these events, makes you drive cars you normally wouldn't drive. This is one of them.

My BTR tune to help ya out.
No oil Change
Rigidity improvement

Adjust final gearing to meet the track biggest straight
Dont forget the tranny flip

Thanks Ice Man , i ll give it a go to see how can close the gap in the battle.
Im afraid that whatever we try on this car ........ it will stay a " pig"

Ps
Hope happy end rof Snipers Ps3 , mate we need you here .

@smoothbore12 don't sorry. It Will be way better. It Will behave like a MR car and it'll feel more predictable.

I can make it more stable, but corner speed will suffer.

What i don't like in this car is that when you miss it bit and start the slide ( not power slide) it never stops and between the S if you miss one you miss all in a row.
I can' t throw it in a turn and trust the power to steer , i brake early try to keep tun speed higher , one small slide and all gone.
In no tune i find a " tip " to hold both ends together, but there is no Ss .
It 's a pain in the 🤬 this car.
Am waiting for others player time to see where i stand and try to be fair with both cars.
At the end : it needs a lot of effort to be quick in this Ruf .

aha, yeah, its a friggin handfull without a tune. I'm having trouble on lap 2 on the first corners has its a group of fast corner and elevation changes, wich is 100% perferct for the BTR :scared:. I'm thinking of just breaking and go reaaaaally slow on that part, and wing it on the rest of the course.
using acceleration to steer is a mistake on my end, I just use around 40-50% of throttle on corners, and handle it out, then put the floor down coming out of the corners.
Just don't throw the car at any corner. always brake first, and be afraid :sly:

still have to try it out in the battle with my tune though. but its my "all around I can handle this" tune, and never had problems in any track racing online

I see several runs with the BTR '86 at about 6:32 to 6:47. Has anybody claimed a clean race with these times? I am getting a new back brace on Friday for some support before my back surgery on August 23rd. I want to try and give a go sometime this weekend and need a point of reference?? Thank you:cheers:!!

Mine is on vid on post 577 Noel .
You don't need more than one lap to race alone in front.

Bryce if your 4 year old managed to get all the way around the track and then finish that is amazing.:boggled: My boys didn't try until they were 5 and 6. You may have a road racer on your hands. How cool is that?
Louise (my wife) takes the kids to play cafe's every Thursday and yesterday for the first time he drove the go karts. In a couple of years when he's a bit taller I'll have to get him racing mine.
