Nice little 3 way battle in the last 12 hours between The boogieman, gladiator and captain piston. It seems to me the boogieman hates losing and getting poked.

Super impressed with @smoothbore12 's times, right up there with the big boys and with his RX7.👍

the way I learned how to do it (even though the fact it was super difficult), was to have Racing Softs up front, and Comfort Hards in the rear

Well it continues for me. My best lap is always the 1st lap. 🤬🤬 can't beat my own ghost. The harder I push the worse it gets. I spun the 🤬 out in the tunnel. 10 1:08+/- later managed to get the 1:07.998. Will try again in a few days.

I've a big announcement,
If you remember a little while ago I said that the winner of the 50K CHALLENGE gets a special title?
Now if you cast your eyes over the upcoming event on the OP which has now been updated you will see in round 13 there is an event called KING OF THE HUB.

The winner of the 50K CHALLENGE becomes the first KING, whats the KING OF THE HUB you might ask?
Good question.

Players challenge the KING to an event of the CHALLENGER’S choice, the event could be fastest time/lap, highest position, drifting, target time, current NO-TUNE CHALLENGE etc, You make the rules.

If the CHALLENGER beats the KING then the CHALLENGER becomes the new KING.

The CHALLENGER and KING will have 1 week to do the challenge but you only get 1 post so post your best time.

If the KING doesn't post a time before the deadline then the KING will lose his crown, the same goes for the CHALLENGER.

If both CHALLENGER and KING post there best time early then I'll start the next challenge early.

This event gives you guys a chance to design an event.

Just PM me the event you wish to challenge the KING with and I'll make it happen.

All the info for this event will be on post #2 above the GONE IN 60 SECONDS.

Yes the Aston Martin can be tuned. You can adjust the Suspension, Transmission. Brakes and Power. The Time trial does not limit the power like a race does. The Time Trial will allow Racing Soft Tyres as well. Another trust thing or let everybody tune it and then post times. Here is the only tune I have found. Seems my favorite tuners missied this one. This tune is by @GhostRider65 who does great basic tunes. I figured I'd post it so everyone is close to being on the same page. Don't change the oil or you may not get the same gear ratios.

EDIT II: Now to fine tune. Max PP 657, Race Soft tyres. Trans, Suspension and brakes adjusted.

EDIT III: Just a note about this tune. STAY clear of the rumble strips. This car is already twitchy and tail happy. The stiffness of the springs and the rumble strips is a ticket to the fence and other surrounding area.

@bjl23 am not sure if type l has differense than ll but the rx8 is the type ll.

The Aston can take some tune but its ok, its fast nervus and i think the gears are good as it is.
Also didn't find tunes for that ,only one but i try my own road to this one.

Gladiator....if thats a taste ......what for the menu ?

Perfect car the RS ,very safe but the 5 speed box is not fair for it stiil am impressed.

Can hit the 10 sec. mark but no way to catch the rx8

BATTLE 10 Glad I know the track well. Headlights are not for squat. Really surprised the RX8 stomped the RS200. Still have to make tranny adjustments for both. I just wanted to get a baseline. Stay tuned more to come.

As a sidenote, I have made it to sufficient credits to buy cars without grinding. I have run all the S class races a nd have won them all except Silverstone. I bought the BMW V12 LMR and thought I had it won and ran out of fuel halfway through the last lap. The car is good but wondered if the aliens have another car suggestion. My B-Spec driver can only win the 24 Minutes of Le Mans in the Tomahawk. At least it was next to the highest payout without the login bonus.
EDIT:Won it with the V12, never mind.
